My 3900x cpu get a score of 7100 on r20 with stock cooler at temp of 65 c while under volting cpu at 1.18v @ 4ghz. This cpu at stock voltage 1.45v is too much and temps at 85 to 90 c.

Ya, I suppose if your workload involves being at 100% load constantly, it would make sense to lower the voltage.

What max boost clocks does your 3900x hit when doing a single core run on cinebench? Can you please monitor it through cpuz and let me know? I feel like I got a gimped CPU because my boost clock don't go above 4.35 ghz even when temps are below 70c

How is your stock voltage in cinebench during load?

@@generaciondel3783 I didn't really use it. but i heard that load temperatures are much higher compared to AIO, around 80-90C

Hmm could be alot of things. Fan speed matters too. Maybe try making your fan curve more aggressive. Maybe it could be bad thermal paste.
