    Hi there! Thanks so much for these great exercises. I have very stubborn belly fat so I'm hoping to blast it now. 2 questions: what weight KBs are you working with & is it okay to do these exercises every day?
    Thank you 😊

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  7 лет назад +2

      8kg and 12kb and no you shouldn't do these every day. You want to change up what areas you work and how you work them. Belly fat will also have to do with diet. Can't out exercise a bad diet!

    • @NickyPasquier
      @NickyPasquier 7 лет назад +3

      Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it. Unfortunately I have Polycystic ovaries + under-active thyroid so fat tends to be stored around my belly. I shall persevere, however!

    Great video.....some great ideas. I can't always get to the gym so I will be doing this at home.
    would you be kind enough to name say the 6 best exercises with kettle bells that would give an all over body workout that I could incorporate into a circuit.
    I would be looking to do something like 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest and keep going till I drop. If you would be kind enough to reply I would be really appreciative.
    Your channel is my go to channel for exercise and form advice.
    Thanks x

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  6 лет назад +1

      Thanks Steve! So the best depends on your goal for the workout. I would maybe do a bit longer than 20 seconds and even combine a couple of these with my leg and upper body one. Kettlebells are great for not only power but also strength endurance. I love even 1 minute on, 20 seconds off for intervals!

    • @stevefenna6355
      @stevefenna6355 6 лет назад

      Redefining Strength Thanks very much.....my goal is really just to torch fat and smash the calories and get a some more mobility too.
      I'll try a minute on :-)

  • @Yewlogy91
    @Yewlogy91 6 лет назад

    How would you incorporate these into a routine? Like how many sets and reps? Or is it based on time?

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  6 лет назад +1

      It depends. I could use them in a timed interval workout or for reps and sets. You could make a workout using just this video or even add one or two moves to a current routine. This article may help - redefiningstrength.com/how-many-reps-how-many-sets/

  • @kenfong9027
    @kenfong9027 7 лет назад

    You are a absolute beast! Make the exercises look so easy while keeping perfect form! Gotta try all your exercises out.
    What do you suggest? Choose a few of the exercises and do it in a timed circuit?
    Or choose a few and do them in a descending ladder from 20,18,16 down to 2?

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  7 лет назад

      You could do a variety of things. I often take one or two to include in a strength circuit for reps. Depending on the move 8-12 or 10-15. You could totally do a timed circuit though too and even a ladder sounds great. All just depends on your goals :-)

    I always like your training combo and the soundtracks. But could you tell how to arrange them? I guess it's not good if I follow the order, because it's totally easy-to-hard order.(for me ) Thanks!

    hi what are the difference between kneeling and standing halos!? I know it has something to do with gravity....

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  7 лет назад +5

      Hi Samuel...Standing is easier than kneeling or even seated. Changing your position changes how much you can "cheat" and allow other areas to help you with mobility. Also, standing is less of a challenge on the core than kneeling or even doing them seated. All are valuable, just different ways to target muscles and build stability :-)
