You probably dont give a damn but does anyone know of a tool to log back into an Instagram account? I stupidly lost the login password. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
@Conrad Johnathan Thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm trying it out now. Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
I am so pleased to have discovered your videos! Simple, straightforward, effective, with multiple variations to take to the gym. Great work, thank you : )
Perfect timing all these videos popping up again Thank you for sharing such great content inspirational motivational for me baby steps with possibilities to get healthy and strong You are amazing, strong can be beautiful and healthy You have a gift ! ! Please keep sharing
Your videos are so great :) so many different ideas in each video and love to have the name of the variations has well :) i m glad i found u today, cant stop to watch you :) will for sure learn a lot with you :) kind regards from Iceland
I recently fell in love with kettlebells, and these moves make me smile.. Leg wipers and bottom carrys made my mouth drop. Are any of these Cori originals? As always great video.
Hi there! Thanks so much for these great exercises. I have very stubborn belly fat so I'm hoping to blast it now. 2 questions: what weight KBs are you working with & is it okay to do these exercises every day? Thank you 😊
8kg and 12kb and no you shouldn't do these every day. You want to change up what areas you work and how you work them. Belly fat will also have to do with diet. Can't out exercise a bad diet!
Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it. Unfortunately I have Polycystic ovaries + under-active thyroid so fat tends to be stored around my belly. I shall persevere, however!
This is brilliant...sadly my gym is too filthy for me to go on my back and do any of those movements...Loved you variation on the windmill and the lunges.
Aw! Be careful! Start light on those moves as you learn them and even practice them prior, using the moves you are more comfortable with during the bulk of your workout!
Great video.....some great ideas. I can't always get to the gym so I will be doing this at home. would you be kind enough to name say the 6 best exercises with kettle bells that would give an all over body workout that I could incorporate into a circuit. I would be looking to do something like 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest and keep going till I drop. If you would be kind enough to reply I would be really appreciative. Your channel is my go to channel for exercise and form advice. Thanks x
Thanks Steve! So the best depends on your goal for the workout. I would maybe do a bit longer than 20 seconds and even combine a couple of these with my leg and upper body one. Kettlebells are great for not only power but also strength endurance. I love even 1 minute on, 20 seconds off for intervals!
Redefining Strength Thanks very much.....my goal is really just to torch fat and smash the calories and get a some more mobility too. I'll try a minute on :-)
It depends. I could use them in a timed interval workout or for reps and sets. You could make a workout using just this video or even add one or two moves to a current routine. This article may help - redefiningstrength.com/how-many-reps-how-many-sets/
You are a absolute beast! Make the exercises look so easy while keeping perfect form! Gotta try all your exercises out. What do you suggest? Choose a few of the exercises and do it in a timed circuit? Or choose a few and do them in a descending ladder from 20,18,16 down to 2?
You could do a variety of things. I often take one or two to include in a strength circuit for reps. Depending on the move 8-12 or 10-15. You could totally do a timed circuit though too and even a ladder sounds great. All just depends on your goals :-)
I always like your training combo and the soundtracks. But could you tell how to arrange them? I guess it's not good if I follow the order, because it's totally easy-to-hard order.(for me ) Thanks!
So these aren't necessarily meant to be in one workout. Have you seen my four workout videos? That gives you an idea of how I would use one of these variations videos in 4 different ways!
Hi Samuel...Standing is easier than kneeling or even seated. Changing your position changes how much you can "cheat" and allow other areas to help you with mobility. Also, standing is less of a challenge on the core than kneeling or even doing them seated. All are valuable, just different ways to target muscles and build stability :-)
Hi! Great moves 👍🏼 can you please tell me what's the rest time between each exercise? Are you found each exercise for 20seconds? Also how many times do I repeat the entire set? Thanks so much! ✌🏼️🙌🏼💪🏼💪🏼
This isn't a workout Paula. It's meant to show moves you can include. For workouts, these may interest you :-) ruclips.net/video/pLzJjgnJQoQ/видео.html&lc=z13rcbc4unenifl0422lutshpob1hfjal04
Appreciate all kinds of kettlebell exercises, thank you! Love your channel! Maybe you could post a video about battleropes? And..., sorry to tell you that, please rethink your background music ;)
I really would suggest caution with kettlebells.i only used an 8kg kettlebell and nearly did myself some real damage. I have bought a lighter kettlebell and am much happier.
She’s so tough! Good stuff homegirl!
This lady strong as hell!💪
Thanks!

I’m literally new to the world of kettlebells. Do you have a beginner, intermediate, advanced kettlebell program?

hi what are the difference between kneeling and standing halos!? I know it has something to do with gravity....
