    Mandy, let your dough rest for 5 minutes. You activated the gluten when you pulled it out of the bag so, resting the dough will make it "rollable" (it won't pop back). Yummy recipes as always! TY 🙏🏻✝

    If your dough snaps back when trying to roll, let it rest a while so the gluten can relax.. Then go back, and it should roll out fine.

    As always, a lovely video. About the rolling of the pizza dough. It's like raising kids. When they drive you crazy, you walk away for 5 minutes. They calm down (the gluten relaxes, and it will not pull back together) and you calm down, and you no longer think about screaming.

    The trick with pizza dough is to allow the weight of the dough itself stretch it out. This why they throw the pizza and twirl it. It's a very elesticy dough. Hold by edges let it hang and they move all the way around the edges till it stretches out. Then u can roll it. And do this picking up letting hang and rolling till it's desired size

    Loved the pizza dough spread, but I remember the recipe I had from Pampered Chef and they used the pillsbury pizza dough (easy because it is already in a rectangle) Great meals as usual!!!!

    Mandy. For the Stromboli, try the Pillsbury canned pizza dough. It unrolls already in a rectangle shape. You just have to roll it to make it a little thinner.

    That chilli sounds perfect. The weather here is crazy. I live in Alabama, and we experience all four seasons weekly.
    I currently have new baby birds and kittens outside. I love seeing all the new life around me. All the mommas are busy taking care of their babies. It is so precious.

    I make the loaded potato salad all the time for potlucks but if you want to make it taste 100 times better, serve it warm with melted cheese and crispy bacon on top! Everyone always asks me to make that "good potato casserole" LOL! Love your videos Mandy. Much love from North Carolina.

    We did the Stromboli! It was amazing!!!! I had to use 2 tablespoons of butter with the garlic to get it to spread right. We added pesto to our pizza dipping sauce - extra heavy on the garlic and spices on top. Amazing! Thank you! Blessings to you all & Happy Thanksgiving!

    That pizza dough! That was hilarious and I feel you. Just an FYI for anyone that doesn't want to fight with the pizza dough, Pillsbury makes a pizza dough in a can that rolls out into a rectangle. That is what I use now when I make Stromboli.

    Mandy.. after watching this video and seeing how delicious the Turkey looked.. I ran straight to our Aldi and got one.... hubby grilled it today and it is delicious!! I also made the peppers👍

    We have been making that Stromboli recipe for over 10 yrs. We call it pizza bread. I found it in a Walmart cookbook. A family favorite for sure!!

    I used to make Stromboli all the time when my kids were small. We loved it. I do family dinners every Saturday, so just maybe I should do a Stromboli family dinner. I know the family will gobble it up!

    The stromboli looks amazing! I have a great pizza dough recipe, a big tub of Greek yogurt and as much self raising flour as you can incorporate. It's that simple and really tasty.

    For the stromboli- a way easier way to make it is to use the Pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough. It is already in a rectangle shape, you just need to pop open the can and lay it flat on a cookie sheet to fill.

    Hi Mandy👋👋👋 Next time you try making Stromboli use the canned Pillsbury pizza dough, it’s much easier to work and the end result is delicious, I made Stromboli last Saturday using it and it was in the one in less than 5 minutes, I used mozzarella, provolone and pepperoni and spices, delicious👍👍👍 also I didn’t have to do the egg mixture, it was totally sealed on its own, I did do the melted butter mixture on the outside and baked it on a pizza pan covered with parchment paper, it came out beautiful. I love your vids so much, you’re great. TYFS🫶♥️💫✨👼🏻✨💫♥️

    Your salad ingredients are awesome with tater tots too. I did a version last week. Huge hit.
    Stromboli looks awesome. Usually make sheet pan pizza cuz it’s easy and good way to older veggies. But this is a great idea on a pizza twist.

    We always make our bacon in the oven. Use a large sheet pan wrapped with foil. Then lay the bacon out. Set the temp for 375 and put bacon in oven before preheating. When the oven comes up to temp cook for 8 to 15 minutes depending on your oven and bacon thickness. Perfect everytime. No babysitting.

    I’m currently making the chocolate muffins- I was out of sour cream so subbed for vanilla yogurt and they are delicious!! We love baked potato salad but we add dry ranch dressing to it sometimes -lots of bbq restaurants serve it. The subbie supper looks awesome!! I love pampered chef, it’s pricey but for a reason IT LASTS! I’ve had my meat chopper and can opener for nearly 15 years.

    Mandy, here’s a tip when you want crumbled bacon. Use your kitchen scissors. You can cut the pieces as large or small as you like. It saves you a step too. I can’t wait to try the loaded potato salad, YUM!

    Mandy, you could add a couple tablespoons of dry ranch dressing mix into the sour cream for the potato salad it give that little extra kick of flavor, the Turkey tenderloins looked so yummy and juicy 😋

    When I use dough like this, I add a bit of flour right in the bag and it helps release the dough easier.

    You can add Ranch seasoning to the sour cream before adding it to the potato salad. I always add Ranch to my sour cream if I'm eating a baked potato.

    I think you should try ranch seasoning on the potato salad. And If you want seriously good peppers, try stuffing them with pepper jack cheese and grill them! Spray the peppers with some olive oil before putting on the grill.

    They also have pizza dough in the section of the Grocery store that has the biscuits in it , it has rolled up pizza dough in a package just like biscuits do.

    It all looks delicious! I was thinking you could use the Rhodes loaf bread rolls to make the Stromboli too. I made a BBQ chicken and mozzarella cheese Stromboli with one of them and it worked great. I just thawed it out in the fridge for the day and made it that evening. I wish I could still eat hot stuff, because that firecracker chicken looked so good! But since my gallbladder surgery hot food makes me really sick. But I crave it so bad! I'm jealous watching y'all eat it! Can't wait to see what you have next! Have a blessed weekend!

    That Stromboli could be made with Pillsbury Grand biscuits. You just need to let the biscuits sit until the chill is off them. Then knead them all together and roll on a floured surface. They won't be like yeast bread, but I used to struggle with beerocks with the dough. Switched to the Grand biscuits and now it's a breeze.
