材料 ingredients
3片刀削面 3 pieces of knife shave noodles
2汤匙蒜米 2 tbsp minced garlic
葱花 spring onion
花生 peanuts
酱汁Sauce
2汤匙醋 2 tbsp vinegar
2汤匙酱油 2tbsp soy sauce
半茶匙的糖 half tsp sugar
辣椒粉适量 preferred chilli powder
辣椒油提味 chilli oil for enhancing taste
榨菜丝（热水烫过） mustard green stem (rinse with hot water)
*把面放在酱汁上，热油烫在面上面
搅拌均匀
Place noodles on the sauce, pour hot oil on top of the noodles
