    材料:半个包菜、1个洋葱、1小段胡萝卜、2条去籽红辣椒、1把青葱、2个鸡蛋、3片快熟面
    酱汁:2勺酱油、半勺黑酱油、1茶勺盐、少许清水
    1)把包菜、洋葱、胡萝卜、红辣椒切丝,青葱切段、鸡蛋搅散备用
    2)热锅热水,把快熟面煮至软,大约1-2分钟;取出泡凉水,再加入2勺食用油搅拌均匀
    3)热锅热油,把鸡蛋倒入炒散取出
    4)再热锅热油,把蔬菜倒入翻炒至包菜软后,加入快熟面&酱汁翻炒均匀上色
    5)最后加入鸡蛋&青葱快速翻炒均匀即可❤️

    Sauce: 2 spoons of soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, a little water
    1) Shred the cabbage, onion, carrot, and red pepper, cut the green onion into sections, and stir the eggs for later use
    2) Heat a pan with hot water, cook the instant noodles until soft, about 1-2 minutes; take out and soak in cold water, then add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and stir well
    3) Heat the oil in a hot pan, pour the eggs into the frying pan and take it out
    4) Reheat the pan and heat the oil, pour the vegetables and stir-fry until the cabbage is soft, then add the instant noodles & sauce and stir-fry evenly for color
    5) Finally, add eggs & green onion and quickly stir fry evenly ❤️
