    Good video. The only thing I picked up on is when you have the bar leaning against the container, bend your knees right down and grab the lowest point of the bar, then use your legs to stand up and the bar will slide up against the container without the use of your hands. Once you are upright you can then use your arms to place the bar into the corner casting.This way you don't have to re-grip to move your hands to get the bar higher. You see the guy stand up, lift the bar up and have to re-grip. These are about 20kg each so the less time you have lifting and shuffling them will minimise fatigue. Hopefully this can help someone along the way.

      I’m not sure what you mean by behind you. Generally speaking 3 high bars are not to difficult for me. Are you referring to people who are shorter and being able to reach? I can see how the would be much easier to do as you are saying then. Thanks for your feedback.

    Hi . i hope your online . . if youre right handed should you grab the bottom part of the bar by your right hand ? or ur right hand must be on top . . please answer . .

    • @gdshiplashing8239

      Honestly I use both hands being left handed. Being able to use both hand allows you to let one arm rest and recover while using the other arm/hand.

    Bro, I'm lashing in Korea. It's only been a month since I learned, but I can't carry the long-bar because it's too heavy for me. I'd appreciate it if you could post a tip video about this!!

    • @gdshiplashing8239
      @gdshiplashing8239  Год назад +2

      Thanks for the question. For the most part try to use your legs to help lift, also leaning it up against the can helps. But in the future, I can definitely make another video on the long-bar. It is more about technique than strength. I also try to keep the bar close to my body as I lift.

      @@gdshiplashing8239 It's a big challenge for me, who sometimes throws a long bar on land and sea, and then just goes up to the bottom and lacks muscle strength and skills. I'm 6.44 feet tall, and I'm not even arm-length, so technology is very important. I wonder why you're making them walk in a dangerous I think we can just grab it by the head and drag it, and Korea is still a backward country in terms of port work.

      I'm 6ft tall. If the bar is too heavy for you don't walk around with is as I do. I would recommend placing the bottom of the long-bar near where you need to put it in. If there isn't anything you can catch it on, then have your partner put their foot down as a stopper.
