I was skinnest in college, it's when I went to the desk job after that I gained a lot! However you have more time after you graduate, so taking up lessons in something active was helpful for me, as well as cleaning up my eating/eating out less
How's it been so far ^u^? Personally i sit at a computer a lot a lot so it's also a struggle!!!
@thatonellamawhoissoobsesse8138 my weight has yoyo-ed a lot. I don't take lessons in anything currently, so the only way I keep somewhat in check is getting strict with diet, and walking over 10k steps every day now. I'm still 20-30lbs above what I was in college
Ah the joys of not having enough money to go away to school and not having to worry about this.

Yes 2 of the best!!! I didn't have freshman fifteen but I did get the junior/senior +30 😂
I def didn't gain the freshman 15 til like junior/senior year of college and it turned into like 50... 😩😩😩

College stressed me out so much that I lost my period for four months. It's back now that it's Christmas break haha
Candace I feel you girl my mom put me in weight watchers when I was in 6 grade. I hit puberty pretty late, I held on to my baby fat longer than she wanted me to lol
I feel bad for people who don't like veggies. I feel like when you lose self control is when you leave a situation where you already didn't like healthy options and avoid them because you had to deal for so long.
i've always loved my veggies and didn't have to worry about gaining weight because I was already managing a healthy, non restrictive diet
I know someone who eats a ton of junk food and they just moderatley move and rarely work out. They had an athletic background but dropped it and after 6ish years they are just barely seeing muscle loss

toothpicks Proabably in between the cookies and the pick is held by the cream. Squeeze it together and leave a bit extra to poke into the burger

if they don't have time to workout because of hw, why would you think they have time for school sports? Lol instead when they're taking a break from hw, or studying, they can do a small workout while watching tv, ect. because in college they tell you to take 30 min breaks in between studying and doing hw or your brain won't actually retain much...
School sports is part of a financial plan, sometimes it feels expensive to workout when in reality they'd be doing a lot of good for their body
Then the scheduling of it like having access to showers when dorming with peeps i suppose
My issue is that I gain weight at home because I don't have to walk to uni each day and my parents give me food that is more unhealthy than what I cook for myself at uni.
CaptainDJJoe Go for walks or jogs in your neighborhood and talk to your parents about helping them cook or discuss recipes with them beforehand. :)
