imma Nobody those simple moves doesn't look like much but they make your muscles burn. Some of these moves are what my trainer makes us do. They're killer. 😥
I think it's more off "Abs are made in the gym, but revealed in the kitchen." If you lose a lot of weight through nutrition, you'll just be small. I also do agree that J.lo looks so good! Luv you Jordan😘

It all starts with 1. next day try 2 next 3 keep on going but at your own pace. 8 months ago I could barely do 10 now Im at 40 push ups with 10 extra pounds strapped to my waist. I believe in you.
I love that you show you can get in shape without spending lots of money in the gym etc. I wish I could build my body muscle but I have chronic fatigue and just half an hour of yoga can kill me! Love your puppies so cute
girl, I feel it! I have fibromyalgia (which often comes with chronic fatigue, like in my case) but I've been doing physical therapy and am starting to get in the best shape of my life. I've found that having a personal trainer type person (even a friend or family member to work out with) helps keep you from quitting, at least in my case. Good luck, I believe in you :)
I feel you sometimes I feel like my cfs is doing good and I work out and it feels great then I'm bed bound for 3 days and my husband has to help me walk. 🙄 I started doing bed workouts and found a playlist of workouts that barely look like exercise but are helping me slowly. Cfs came on overnight and now it's a slow road to recovery

This was the most honest and authentic workout I ve ever seen on RUclips.i love your honesty,the fact that you re like the rest of us,wanting to improve our physique,and you show just how much effort it takes to get what you want.i m so glad you mentioned the near throw up feeling so many times,it is exactly how I feel when doing any an workouts,glad I m not the only one feeling this way,and I love the way persevered with the workout in spite of feeling sick,very courageous and I commend you for that as well.btw,you are in great shape,I see absolutely no flab on you,meanwhile,I m flabby everywhere I look,but especially on the arms,but I m a size 4,just a very flabby size 4.because of your video, I will definitely try this workout,but I m telling you right now,I m not going to live on protein shakes,twigs and berries,I will try to not overeat and hope to still get results,which is going to be really hard right now because Christmas is next week! I love that you don't edit out the parts where you stop because you're feeling the effect of the move you are doing. Too many videos like this make it appear that the person demonstrating finds it all soooo easy and makes people feel bad when they can't make it through straight away. Such an honest insight into these workouts. Thanks Jordan!

Sometimes I feel super insecure, by how many breaks I have to take while working out Seeing you, someone who is 100% waayyy more athletic than me, have to take breaks makes me feel better. I hate watching workout videos were instructors just smile, and show no pain at all. It's creep, and I have no idea how the hell they do it. XD You're a badass!

Can you do a video on getting sufficient protein and carbs on a vegan diet? I regularly excercise and want to make sure I'm fueling my body correctly.

natasha urban from what I've learned recently protein on a vegan diet isn't all that difficult. A lot of veggies have a great amount of protein. Tempeh has 41g per cup and a can of black beans or chickpeas has about 20g. hope that helps. :)
It depends on what you are trying to do with your weight. Checking your macros is important 50-60% carbs and about 30%-40% protein should do the trick for most people. However if you are on a vegan diet, and are having trouble losing weight. It could be that more complex carbs, starches, beans, lentils, potatoes, refined processed foods, should be reduced a bit. I'm not saying cut them out... ( you will starve lols) But maybe try eating as many non starchy vegetables, and leafy green vegetables at every meal till you are about half way full, then finish off with a starch. Hope this helped a bit. :)
Ernest Maldonado to piggy back off your comment, if someone is hoping to lose weight on a vegan diet, you should also minimize your intake of soy (especially the processed stuff) - it's a hormone disruptor and can make it more difficult for women in particular to lose weight.

Jordan should try an extreme Kpop diet!!!! It's absolutely ridiculous what those poor idols do to themselves and it could be a good way to open up a conversation about sustainable weight loss
I feel as if she should maybe do the workouts too! :o I never tried a K-pop work out cos I thought they'd be easy, but a lot of ppl keep telling me that what K-pop idols go through a lot when working out their body. I'm too much of a wimp to try tbh 😂

Thanks Jordan you are a great youtuber I have been doing my thighs and butt muscles pumped today I think I'm gonna try this tomorrow and maybe in three days of the week! I did work throughout the video and I felt a burn (even though I am twelve ) I just like the feeling of my heart pumping!!
Luv ur video! And ur right it's 80% nutrition and 20% fitness! I'm learning to become a nutritionist and have learned a lot from Rebecca Louise and watching XHIT the last couple years. I've had four kids and down to 108 pounds but I'm not worried about losing weight just trimming the fat down, I've came a long way. Keep up the great work and put on a smile when you work out! 👍🏻💪🏻😁

Hey, Love your hard work an dedication, Like yourself I do not have weights in my home but know a way to make cheap an readily available items at home. All you need to do is take three garbage bags an line them inside one another, use a measuring cup an add as much water as you feel you need for weight, keep track of how many cups of water you add to your weight bladder as you will repeat the same process to make an almost identical bladder for a set. Once you have a comfortable amount of water inside the make-shift bladder remove as much air from the bags as possible an tie off. Take the remaining bag ends an braid them nice an tight leaving some at the end of your braid to tie under the knot made to seal the bladder. In the event there is not much left over bag to braid you can always take an additional three bags to make a separate braid to us as a handle. Be sure to leave enough tag ends at each end of the braid to tie to the main bladder under the knot that sealed the bladder. One finished you should have a nice set of DIY weights. you can store them in boxes or anywhere your fur babies will not be able to get at them. You can also use a broom stick as a weight bar for various exercises. Hope this helps you out.
