The Dermelect Self Esteem Beauty Sleep Serum together with the Dermelect Self Esteem Firming Neck Cream saved me from having a surgical neck lift! After only 2 weeks I was able to cancel the procedure I had scheduled. I’m blown away…I’ll use these two miracle products forever.
OMGOODNESS! That's amazing! They really do work wonders when layered. I never knew it could prevent someone from wanting surgery though. That's inspiring and super exciting to know that! Thanks so much for sharing!
@@AC-yt9qx Wow! I actually have this - sitting in my bathroom unused. I mentioned in an earlier comment that I’d been lax on skincare lately - but boy, have you just given me the prompt to get it out! 😊👏🏻
Great video. I have rosacea and extremely sensitive skin. My dermatologist has me using prescription azelaic acid. My skin care is pretty basic with my rosacea and sunscreen is a priority. At 55 years old my skin just cannot tolerate anti aging skin care. I watched one of your videos about the skinmedica TNS advance serum. My skin loves this product. I have been using it since July. My skin is firmer and my forehead is smoother with the few wrinkles I have. It has become my holy grail anti aging product. It's expensive but so worth it. With my rosacea I don't spend a lot on skin care or makeup. Thank you for your honest reviews on the skinmedica TNS advance serum. I also purchased a bluestone uv face shield due to one of your video shorts. My main trigger for my rosacea is the sun. The uv face shield really helped with my rosacea over the summer. You are one of the best and honest RUclips channels. I really appreciate the information you give us viewers and honest product reviews. Keep up the good work. Laura Lye
Oh wow! That's so awesome to hear that. I'm with ya on how amazing TNS is. Love love love it!!! And yes the crazy looking welder shield (as my husband calls it haha!) really is a game changer blocking harmful UV rays. Thanks so much for sharing that! I appreciate you!

Another great video! With all the sales going on, I appreciate hearing what works for u and why! I also appreciate your disclaimer. Btw, u look absolutely beautiful without any makeup! I do have a question, I know in a previous video u mentioned that u were testing out DRMTLGY new neck product. Just wondering how u are liking it and if u think u might like it better than your current holy grail from Dermelect? Since I have hit perimenopause, I feel my neck went for a deep dive in elasticity and sagging and has really aged me more than anything. Thanks again my friend! Hope that u have the best day!❤
Thank you! I only test the DRMTLY neck roller at night since it can leave a film during the day. Lots of people like it for daytime for the temporary tightening effect it gives but I like some of the ingredients and it's fun to use the roller as a neck massage. But I don't know if I will repurchase. I think I might like my K beauty neck serum roller better and it's cheaper. But no the DRMTLGY is not better than my Dermelect for my neck. My neck hates me when I stop using my Dermelect LOL I can use the Dermelect day and night and it isn't a temporary fix like the DRMTLGY. Are you using your retinal or Tret on your neck? and sunscreen? That really helps too. The SPF will prevent the collagen from breaking down so I pile SPF on my neck (front and back) too. I also use my Skinmedica TNS on my neck. I would say using your retinol on the neck at night (if your neck can tolerate it) instead of the DRMTLGY neck roller is much more potent. But I do really like it BUT it's not better than Dermelect IMO. And I've seen Drs rave about using estrogen cream on the face and neck to help with sagging. Maybe look into that too. I am estrogen dominant and don't think my estrogen has dropped yet so I don't plan to try that on me. But I hear people say good things about it. Hope that helps.
I am seeing a lot of talk on estrogen cream but haven’t really looked into it.. U may have a answer here that would work well for my aging concerns. I actually did try the Dermelect but it has been a good while. I think I will try it again while on sale and in the meantime research estrogen cream. I’m also considering getting the Omnilux LED face, neck, and chest masks as they are running a big sale and I have been wanting to try LED. I don’t think I have ever heard u mention any anti-aging gadgets that u use...? I know u do like the facial roller. Thank u for taking the time to read and respond to me! Hope u have a most fabulous weekend wherever u are in the world! Take care!😊
Sherry, I really appreciate your honest and kind advice. You are the best!! Could you share night Ike skin care routine, how to alternate products, etc…? I was watching your previous video. And yes, you are a friend with a lot of knowledge!! I would like to share that I like to season my Turkey with a paste of fresh garlic (crushed), adobo and sazón. I also like to made my own stuffing (turkey ground, apple sauce, brown sugar, cranberries, raisins). Have a blessed day!
I really appreciate your videos! I continue to learn from you all the time! I was wondering if you have a less expensive eye cream you would recommend for mornings. I use the Medik one at night 😊
Thank you! Yes, here are a few others I enjoy that won't break the bank 1. Avene (super hydrating) go.shopmy.us/p-10046857 2. Youth To The People (super duper hydrating & great for puffiness) go.shopmy.us/p-10046715 3. CeraVE has a new Vit C eye cream that's nice go.shopmy.us/p-10046831 4. This coffee lift eye oil is REALLY lovely too (it's a FAVE!) go.shopmy.us/p-10047002 Hope that helps! 💜
I have a completely different question… in the last two videos, I have really liked your robes! I need a new one. Where did you get them? Thanks so much
Oh thank you! The one I have on in this video is from Amazon amzn.to/3Cy30Q2 The leopard one I had in the last video is an UGG brand but I found it at Ross for like 20 bucks. I don't think it's even sold anywhere anymore...Maybe Postmark or eBay???
@@lynnecarr5791 I have about 5 of these satin ones in different patterns from this brand. They are really nice when I'm getting ready but they won't keep you warm or anything like a fleece robe. Some of the other satin ones on Amazon are really awful quality but this particular brand is pretty nice. They wash really well too.
Great video as always. Wondered if you have ever used Tatcha? It’s expensive but didn’t know if you knew of a dupe? It lasts me all year and I always wish for it for Christmas and I have a tiny bit left…
I have tried a few things from Tatcha. I really like their essence. It's on a HUGE sale right now here go.shopmy.us/p-10096784 and if you type PREVIEW24 in the discount code it discounts these even further. I think the sale is about to end soon. But hope this helps!
Hey! I purchased the serum and neck cream. Question- how often should I start using the serum? Also, the neck cream did irritate my skin. Should I use it everyday?? Thanks Love your videos!
I use the Dermelect Self Esteem serum about 2- 3 days a week. If my skin feels sensitive, I stop using actives for a few days and just use hydrating serums and a good gentle moisturizer 💜
Yay! I wonder why it wouldn't show up on the "shorts" for you. Super weird. If you need the list/links for products in the "short video" let me know and I can send them to you in a reply here. 💕
Yes when I 1st started TNS, I used it faithfully every single day a.m. and p.m. for the best results. Now that I've used it for so many years, I'm able to use it a.m. or p.m. and maintain results. I now prefer p.m. since that's when my skin is regenerating. 🤗
I’ve been really lax on skincare lately, and it is showing, so I need to sort my stuff out as we head into winter. I’ve already got the beauty sleep serum and have just ordered the hydration serum and moisturiser from Dermalect. I don’t usually like to spend much on a moisturiser but am considering it an early Christmas gift to myself - and I would really welcome something that feels luxe at the moment. Thankfully, I was able to use your discount code! Especially as I had to order from the States, can’t find those in any UK site. 😮
I know what ya mean, sometimes when we get out of our normal skincare routine it's hard to get back into it...I'm like that with exercise LOL don't enjoy it at all but know I have to do it. 💕
I can't get sunscreen anywhere near my eyes. It migrates and gets in my eyes and then they are irritated all day. Wonder if that eye cream would. Also was told not to use an exfoliant more than twice week or could compromise the barrier.
Some people have that issue with SPF near their eyes. My husband has that issue with chemical SPF filters near his eyes. The Colorescience is formulated for the eye area and is all mineral. Supergoop has an eye SPF too but it's not tinted. Regarding exfoliation, it depends on your skin & what exfoliator is used. Exfoliating once or twice a week is more than enough for many people but I'm able to exfoliate almost daily (not with the Dermelect...too potent for daily for me). But some people say they easily use it daily. Really just depends on each person and what product they are using. Some exfoliants can only be tolerated once a month🤗
How would she do a video on that if that is not her skin type? I’m not trying to be rude I’m just saying she recommends what works for her and her skin type. 😎 There is a lady who has dry skin and some large pores and she has some really good skin care suggestions-her name is MsMelissaM.
Dermelect Self Esteem Beauty Sleep Serum followed by a good hydrator & moisturizer would be great for dry skin with large pores BUT I love QueenMarie's recommendation about checking out Melissa's channel. She has dry skin and has lots of great skincare videos I bet you will LOVE!
Sherri have you tried the Reviv Serums Ultimate Serum which is supposed to be a dupe for the TNS? You've also recommended the Revision Skincare lip product and I'm wondering if you've tried their Intellishade Matte anti-aging tinted moisturizer with sunscreen?
HI there! Yes I actually do not like the Reviv serum at all. I bought a ton from the brand to test since many people asked me to try it. Their lip plumping kit is even worse. Their lash serum is nice though but I am finishing the Reviv on my arms, that's how much I did not like it on my face. And IMO it is NOT a dupe for TNS and I don't get results anywhere near what TNS gives me. I wish it worked the same since it's cheaper but I'll keep buying TNS when I get it on such great discounts. Yes I've also tried most everything from Revision. Great brand. I do like Intellishade matte BUT it is a tad too heavy sometimes and slides around after a few hours if I wear makeup. I prefer Colorescience Flex over it. And when my skin is more normal/oily, I prefer Isdin's tinted or Skinmedica Essential Defense tinted SPF. Hope that helps.
I love my self esteem beauty sleep. I’ve been using it only at night and once per week. How often do you use it? How do you layer it? Do you wait a certain amount of time before putting moisturizer over it?
I usually use it 3 or 4 times a week. I don't wait before layering other products. This was a chatty video so you probably didn't get to the part where I start layering products after the Self Esteem serum but if you have time to watch, if you fast forward to time stamp 5:39 I show how and what I layer. Hope that helps. 💜
I'm 58 I have combination skin wrinkles, Melasma, saggy neck and droopy eyelids. What day and night skincare routine do you recommend. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving
I really enjoy it and the alcohol is low in the ingredients so it's more for helping with penetration. I wouldn't use something with it high up in ingredients. It never bother my excess pigment prone skin but I totally get it, always listen to your skin and what works for your beautiful face. 💕
I like the idea of the sunscreen your using so I copied the link for it. All mineral I love but it's hard to find one that doesn't leave a white cast on the face. It seems like that one doesn't.
It doesn't leave a white cast on my skin at all. It has a nice tint to it so it also doubles as my lightweight foundation. They also have a non tinted. It's on sale 30% off right now. So I bought another one...too pricey to pay full price. 😊
Thank you! I need to color my roots badly but I'm being lazy Haha! I use Loreal Excellence (not Loreal Preference) shade 6 or 6 A. And only apply it to my roots, leave on 40 minutes to cover the grays 100%. I had Balayage at the salon over a year ago to add some dimension BUT that's mostly grown out on the ends. 💕
Idk how that spf works for people. It has alcohol denatured and immediately dried out my skin. And that’s with a full medical grade skincare routine. If it didn’t contain that, it would be perfect 😮
I was hesitant about it till a Dermatologist recommended it for melasma. I'm surprised I like it so much but I can see how it could dry out the skin if used daily. I like my DRMTLGY on days I feel dry.
If I use the dermelect serum, do I also need an alpha arbutin serum for dark spots? I was going to get both and use the alpha arbutin serine from the ordinary as my hydrating serum but I’ll also use a moisturizer/spf as well so the alpha arbutin would mainly be for the dark spot help. I about to purchase several products but don’t want to get unnecessary items either. I was going to get the dermelect serum or a lactic acid serum for exfoliation, the alpha arbutin serum, the ordinary retinal emulsion, and vanicream. I have an spf and cleaner already
Do you mean the Dermelect Rapid Repair or the Self Esteem serum? Self Esteem is an exfoliator, Rapid Repair is a hydrator. TO Alpha Arbutin HA is a hydrator. So you don't need 2 hydrators, just pick 1. Dermelect RR has Alpha Arbutin in it too plus a few other really nice ingredients for brightening, skin barrier and hydration. But TO is a great hydrator as well. Just not as many extra beneficial ingredients. Just depends on your budget. But 1 hydrator is plenty. Just have to choose which one has the ingredients you need. 💗
@jaimerichard729 gotcha, definitely only need 1 exfoliator. And that's my all time fave. If you've never used one before, start slow and use at night...keep it simple...cleanse, self esteem serum, moisturizer and that's it and see how you tolerate it. Start one night only per week, then can increase how many nights a week per how you tolerate it. I personally use no more than 3 or 4 times a week. But still ask your Dr to be sure what's best for you. 💗
You know I am a SkinMedica junkie; however, I do have the Dermelect Sleep Serum - but I have very dry eyes so I've only tried it during the day. Both times it really bothered my dry eye and I didn't put it under my eyes. Anyone else with dry eye have any problems with Dermelect Sleep Serum? Sure would be nice to be able to use it and not SkinMedica some days. Great video - I want everything. I want to look like you when I grow up. I'm 75 LOL!!! Which product did you say people with dry skin might not like?
Hi there! Oh that's a bummer. The acids in it could just be too potent for your beautiful face. What if you rinse it off after about 20 minutes? See if that helps and you still get most of the benefits since it has absorbed. The Isdin SPF was the product. I'm not sure if dry skin people would like it since it dries to a natural, slightly matte finish. Haha, you made me giggle too! 🤣
The REAL truth is whatever you're using has your skin looking beautiful. Ladies, heredity plays the biggest role in how your skin looks (along with sunscreen).
Not mixed but I sometimes layer them...but I prefer using Medik8's Sleep Glycolic cream with their Retinal if I'm looking for a more potent treatment. But not to be done if you have sensitive skin. ♥️
Sheri has enjoyed the benefits of Dermelect serum for a long time and has shared with her audience. She only brings out what she knows works. You can trust her. She never does sponsored videos.. so this was not sponsored by Dermelect and she is not paid for talking about this product. I do use her links though. Her choices work for me and I trust her (unlike many other youtubers). Plus she is retired military. Love that.

Of course! Coming soon! 💜
Thanks for sharing your morning routine. Take care.
Thanks bunches for watching!
I really appreciate your videos! I continue to learn from you all the time! I was wondering if you have a less expensive eye cream you would recommend for mornings. I use the Medik one at night 😊
Thank you! Yes, here are a few others I enjoy that won't break the bank
1. Avene (super hydrating) go.shopmy.us/p-10046857
2. Youth To The People (super duper hydrating & great for puffiness) go.shopmy.us/p-10046715
3. CeraVE has a new Vit C eye cream that's nice go.shopmy.us/p-10046831
4. This coffee lift eye oil is REALLY lovely too (it's a FAVE!) go.shopmy.us/p-10047002
Hope that helps! 💜
Started using the Self Esteem serum from you a few years ago. Love it!
It's so good!❤️
I have a completely different question… in the last two videos, I have really liked your robes!
@ Thank you Sheri! I just put one in my cart. They have so many choices of patterns/colors.
@@GracefulBeautyWithSheriThat’s perfect for me because I live in a warm climate… I would overheat in a heavy robe😂
Hi love your videos skincare routine , thank you for this video ❤😊 xx
Glad you like them! I appreciate you watching!
Thanks
Love your videos!
I use the Dermelect Self Esteem serum about 2- 3 days a week. If my skin feels sensitive, I stop using actives for a few days and just use hydrating serums and a good gentle moisturizer 💜
Now, this video has the products tab!!
Yay! I wonder why it wouldn't show up on the "shorts" for you. Super weird. If you need the list/links for products in the "short video" let me know and I can send them to you in a reply here. 💕
Thank you so much for your excellent recommendations.I love dermelect products.
Thank you so much! Glad you like them too!
Hi Sheri what cleansing oil do you use? You’ve mentioned it but I can’t find it. Thankyou
Thank you for sharing very good tips. I also enjoy Dermelect. I bought the Skin medica serum on a sale..
It is save to use morning and night, right?
Two of my favorite brands!
That's awesome!
@GracefulBeautyWithSheri thank you. I only use mineral sunscreens 😁
Thank you.❤
I have drrrry skin and large pores do a video on that plz😊
Same
How would she do a video on that if that is not her skin type? I’m not trying to be rude I’m just saying she recommends what works for her and her skin type. 😎
There is a lady who has dry skin and some large pores and she has some really good skin care suggestions-her name is MsMelissaM.
You need a good retinol
Thank you so much 😊
Thank you for watching!
Also I know you have done one of these but can you do the same like this for your nighttime routine?
I sure can. Coming soon.
Good video 🐍💚
Bitte mehr über Avene. Danke
I'm 58 I have combination skin wrinkles, Melasma, saggy neck and droopy eyelids. What day and night skincare routine do you recommend.
Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving
This routine would work well for that for day and at night just cleanse, retinal or tretinoin, whatever you use and a good moisturizer. 💗
But also check with your Dr to know what's really best for your skin. 💗
I was going to try the serum it does have good stuff but contains alcoholDenat which sadly for skin of color is awful but diff love the medik 8
@@GracefulBeautyWithSheri I wonder how long the sale is going on, do you know?
Your hair looks nice. What color are you using? I know you color your own hair.
@ oh sorry, the self esteem serum is the one I was talking about
@jaimerichard729 gotcha, definitely only need 1 exfoliator. 💗
@@GracefulBeautyWithSheri thank you so much!
Can you use the demalect daily?
You can if you don't get sensitive from it. I wouldn't be able to since it is quite potent but sure if your skin can handle it daily, go for it.
The Isdin really irritated my skin. Wish I could use it.
That's such a bummer'
@ rinse off- good idea. I do that with Retin A but leave it on fro like 4pm to 1 am
@carolesimmons1 Great idea gals!
Great!
💕💕💕
The REAL truth is whatever you're using has your skin looking beautiful. Ladies, heredity plays the biggest role in how your skin looks (along with sunscreen).
Can Dermaselect be used with Medix8 retinol?
Not mixed but I sometimes layer them...but I prefer using Medik8's Sleep Glycolic cream with their Retinal if I'm looking for a more potent treatment. But not to be done if you have sensitive skin. ♥️
@GracefulBeautyWithSheri thanks!
This seems like a commercial for Derm Elect!
I don't do commercials but as stated multiple times, no pressure to use ANYTHING I love. Use what works best for YOU.
Love that.
@@janedelaney4327 I agree I feel I can really trust her. She is so real.
