    I waited ansiously for this video, and it was exactly what I felt a few months back when I decision was being made, and had a different idea like the green arrow, I kept quiet about it, and had to be responsible for keeping quiet and suffered the consequences... Thanks

    Great Ricardo! Abilene paradox was a big shock for me when I learnt. Makes you understand how most of decision work, specially at corporations. Ah... I have a copy of the video and always show It to the teams on the projects.
