@@coastalorange5457 I dont think so, I remember in one of the earliest epsiodes of the MHA show that All Might said he lost his entire stomach due to the fight, not to mention his wound is shown in the side of his lower torso, where his stomach should be, or around that area at least.
Edit: You may be right tho im pretty sure he did say he lost about half of his respiratory system (or more i dont remember) but like i said, i also remember hearing him say he lost his whole stomach, he probably just lost both half of the respiratory system and his stomach.
