A person who was not involved and has no idea what the guy is talking about says "I'm sorry, you have the wrong number" and hangs up. Not "I'll call you back".
Just the way Charlie paused a few times after the agent got aggressive with him is a clear indication he is guilty.

John Bee I was going to say something similar. Put together all the facts in this case. You have two gang members arrested for killing your sister’s/daughter’s ex-husband. What do they do? Well, rather than notify the police, they call someone who is tied to a very infamous gang? Right! Like I wouldn’t be scared shitless after that happened! No no no no - instead, I call the man who randomly walked up to my elderly mother, and threatened her, to say he keeps bothering my family. Sure! I’d be asking for some form of protection. Anyone knows what an innocent person/s would do, and what a person who hired two gang members to commit a murder-for-hire would do. It’s not difficult at all. End of story!

This pretty much confirms he knew about it. " I'll look into things" what was he gonna look for? Any innocent person would probably hang up rather than listen to the point that he gave a direct reply to everything the cop was saying.

Well the thing is that prosecution only has one chance to get him. So if you arrest someone, you better have all the evidence possible gathered up or else he could be found not guilty. That's why prosecution didn't arrest him right away. He's arrested now though.

Even if he wasn't 100 percent sure it wasn't the police, these people literally gave his mom a letter to extort them so would it be that crazy to think even if it wasn't the police the people that are extorting them would be recording their phone conversation. So saying you will look into something you have zero clue about doesn't seem to be screaming your innocent. If your not sure if its the cops or not, its a phone call everything you say should be screaming how annoyed and pissed off that they are extorting your mother and that you will go to the police.

For instance when police were fishing at the dental practice Charlie's tone of voice was shaky to his secretary , the content of that conversation was cagey from Charles EG " it's not your office but do what you want" -

Charlie didn't know the hitmen were Katie's ex and his friend, and Garcia didn't know he was ordered to kill someone without knowing Charlie was the one who hired Garcia? I'm thinking the only way it makes sense is that Katie kept the murder target and the person who hired hitmen anonymous. In other words, she performed "multi dimensional concealment" in order to get the murder done. Is that what it was?
