The rest were her pawns. Sure Garcia pulled the trigger, but he wouldn’t have if it weren’t for Wendi. In my opinion she will be the final person arrested. Maybe the prosecution is saving the death penalty for her. This crime meets all the factors for the death penalty and it makes me wonder the state prosecutor hasn’t used it yet. So all of the jurors did not believe Katie was involved. Katie was the reason Garcia and Charlie knew each other but that's it. Those jurors believed Garcia and Charlie somehow met together on their own believing that neither one of them wanted to put Katie in the middle and involve her in any way. The chances of a new jury also being deadlocked are very great. Yet the state is depending on her conviction in order to arrest Charlie. Personally, i don't think that is going to happen. Why? Because I think those jurors are right. Katie actually is innocent and had no idea about the plot. She is only guilty of association that is all. Wendi will definitely never be charged.
