I feel badly for the daughter. I come from a similar family and I did not want a part of what they did. My mother even stole from a friend who was dying of cancer so she could take a trip to Europe (she was very envious of that friend's "charisma"). She brought me to the woman's funeral, which the family had to borrow money to pay for because someone had embezzled their money. I was 5, it was my first funeral, and I know why my mother brought me that day (a relative died that same year but I was too young to attend that funeral). When you come from a family like this, they target you for being "different" and they think that you see yourself as "better". Their whole worldview is about better vs worse, weak vs strong, and they suspect everyone of thinking the way they do and having their motivations. My family hid theirs well behind talk about integrity and family and honor (and we have a good pedigree, we're descended from Puritans) and only when I was a young adult and targeted by them with a smear campaign did I see their deceit. I still don't know what they were worried that I would expose, I had no knowledge of anything and especially had no desire to be a part of what they did. It is awful to be born into these "families" and yet these families think they are superior and have given their children a gift by having them unless they aren't natural schemers too, then they try to ruin them.

This type of insurance fraud is very common. My car was hit from behind while in a parking lot. So not traveling fast at all. The person who hit my car claimed all sorts of bodily injury, not a scratch on their truck. They claimed $100,000. My insurance company researched their history and there was a string of claims like this over the last few years. They settled for $6000. These people are predators.

The only accident I was involved in happened in a parking lot of a grocery store. I had backed out of my parking spot to leave and had just engaged from Reverse to Drive when suddenly I was hit just behind my driver’s side rear wheel. The driver at fault had backed out of his spot directly behind me immediately after I had backed out. He said he had looked left and right before backing out. I replied, “But you didn’t look BEHIND you.”
His insurance company tried to pin it on me at first but when I laughed and told them where the damage was they knew immediately that their tactic wasn’t going to work. It would’ve been impossible for ME to have hit him THERE.
      His insurance company paid out.

But she no longer had Medicaid and she was turning the claim forms into a third party health insurance who would pay her in order for her to pay us. She never paid us. Jeez, Bill Mize is like a common name for famous people. There are several artists with the name, Billy Mize was a singer, and another current singer, there is a painter, and a writer, an executed criminal. Crazy...

Hard to feel sorry for hospitals who pad itemized bills to make maximum revenue for crap they never did or shouldn't cost anything. Don't get me wrong, this guy deserves to be in jail and ruined the lives of his children but I do not feel sorry for the hospitals.
