What are some of your favorite sport movies? Romance movies? Sport/romance movies? Let me know!
Romance...
The NoteBook
The Beauty Inside (korean subtitles but a great movie)
Dear John
The Vow
He Not That Into You
Pretty Woman (awesome)
Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind
Sleepless in Seatle
i also love the notebook , but unrelated to romance and sports i love “The New Editon Story”!!!
Yes the wood is a fantastic movie.
For the love of the Game, Kevin Costner--- Tell me what you think...😎
I haven't seen too many reviews of this. It's one of my favorites. I think you'll like "Hurricane Season" which is a sports movie and a true story. Sanaa Lathan plays in BROWN SUGAR - A very entertaining Romance.
Her face at the end when she realized she was losing the one on one with Omar always breaks me. Lathan is such a great actress.
If loved Sanaa Lathan in this movie you’ll loved her in “Brown Sugar” it’s another love story with a backdrop of hip/hop in it and it also stars Taye Diggs. You should give it a watch if your on a love story binge for February.
I love this movie (and the soundtrack). I think this may be the first reaction to it I've seen. Crazy that Kyla Pratt is now a grown woman with 2 kids!
If you like Omar, I recommend The Wood and Higher Learning. Oh and Above the Rim.
Don't forget Juice, mod squad and Brother
@@slanetroyard92 and The Program
@@cookypuss8603 that too. And the movie where he played a boxer.
These are all good
@@cojo763 yeah. To bad mod squad doesn't get enough credit. It was pretty good.
"Crap, what's the score?" That part took me out 😂
You will love, "The Best Man."
Cat sitting in your lap was not an accident. They sense your emotions. Even though it was the movie, cat said, "don't be sad.. I here."
What's cute is the leads dated in real life. The chemistry was very good. (Maybe that's why). They were also played love interests in the movie The Wood. Love this movie.
I loved them together, was kinda sad when they broke up. But him and Keisha are a lovely couple also.
@@taneshah.1260 It is what it is, sometimes things don't work out for some and does for others. It happens.

This is one of the best movie reactions I’ve ever seen! Definitely subscribed!
I love your reaction to this movie, because you get all the emotional beats. I watch your reaction at least once a week. ❤This movie is almost exactly how my first love went (but we didn't end up together. we are still friends though)
Love and Basketball (2000)
Since I never get past O whenever I play "horse", I'm just going to stick with shooting three-pointers but luckily for you Angel, all my facts are nothing but net.
• Producer Spike Lee wanted authenticity in the actors and their basketball skills so after Writer/Director Gina Prince-Bythewood selected Sanaa Lathan out of almost 700 women for Monica, Lathan was sent to Basketball camp. When young Monica gets pushed and gets a cut on her cheek, that was to match Sanaa Lathan's real scar in the same location.
• If you thought the chemistry between Omar Epps and Sanaa Lathan was good, there are a couple of good reasons for that:
Number 1: they co-starred in The Wood a year prior and Number 2: they had started dating before filming and kept it a secret during production. Even Gina Prince-Bythewood didn't know til afterward.
• When Quincy is shooting with the Lakers, you can see Kobe on the sidelines.
• This film appears in both Entertainment Weekly's best films you've never seen 2012 edition and the Criterion Collection.
• In a case of it's all relative, Dennis Haysbert and Omar Epps play Father and Son here and were teammates 6 years earlier in Major League 2 (1994). Omar Epps also co-starred with Tyra Banks in Higher Learning (1995). While Sanaa Lathan would co-star with Boris Kodjoe in Brown Sugar (2002) and co-star with Regina Hall and Monica Calhoun in The Best Man (1999) and The Best Man Holiday (2013) and Alfre Woodard and Sanaa Lathan would play mother and daughter two more times after this film: Something New (2006) and The Family That Preys (2008).
Normally, this will be the part where I try and make some grand gesture and offer to play you 1 on 1 for your heart but considering the last time I played one-on-one with somebody, I ended up losing a kidney, a lung, and a spleen. I think I need to stick to something safer, like hockey. Which is lucky for me since I grew up in a hockey town.
Until next time, Angel.
Excellently broken down. Great comment.
😂 I love how invested you were in this movie! Tfs!
One of the good parts of this movie is that they got Tyra Banks to play his fiancé and they played bf/gf in Higher Learning
BOOMERANG is a comedy/romance starring Eddie Murphy, Halle Berry, Robin Givens, Martin Lawrence and a host of other stars.
A legitimately phenomenal movie
Although I love this movie, I totally disagree with Q's reasoning and feel she shouldn't have apologized for protecting her own interests. She had to fight for that starting spot. He was already starting and his talent respected (and expected, because of his Dad).
I’d love to see a reaction to “Glory Road” a great Disney film based on true events about a basketball team put up against many many obstacles! Great film! No one has reacted to it either.
i really appreciated your reaction to this
The first black president, David Palmer...
New subscriber here, love the reaction. This is one of my favorite movies. Are you taking requests on movies to react to? Because I’ve got a few recommendations 🙂
One of the best love stories ever told
Loved the reaction
Love this movie and the soundtrack I grew up with this movie, and watching it as an adult just really in love with a storytelling and the nuance an introspective on your parents, romantic relationships, and how it affects yours and reflects in yours without even noticing, they do have good parents ! And even while we understand they are good parents and they’re doing the best they can your romantic relationships and habits that you show your child trickle down no matter what looking back I think Monica‘s parents spoke directly to each other only once in this whole movie, but her parents were set and satisfied in the role they played Making up a successful household, and then Quincy‘s parents were the exact opposite being so passionate and in love, when he was a boy and then seeming to have fallen apart overnight, in his eyes. it’s very interesting
Good comment.
Higher Learning (1995) with both Omar and Tyra has to be next, yes?
great reaction!!
Spanglish is a really good movie, I think gets overlooked. With Adam Sandler and Penelope Cruz. It’s really funny and feel good.
Try The Wood, Brown Sugar, and higher learning. Omar is in 2 of these.if you like this movie.
All great suggestions!
Great stuff. Greetings from the UK 🇬🇧.
Watch her with Denzel grown up in Out of Time, another good sports movie drama is Tom Cruise young HS football player called All the Right Moves.
Really liked your reaction on this, yes, saw in theater. His buddy at USC was Charles O'Bannon, who with brother won NCAA championship at UCLA...so hard to watch him in that uniform!!!!
Would love to be 1 on 1 with you💖
I find the interpersonal relationships of their parents and them more interesting then their love story
One of my favorite movies
Sanaa Lathan is one of my favorite actors. You should check her out in:
The Family That Preys
Brown Sugar
Something New
The Best Man/The Best Man Holiday etc
If you want to see him in a great movie watch”IN TOO DEEP” he plays a undercover cop
I actually saw this at the theater!
Love this damn movie
*Edit to Add:* Showed this movie to my old roommate back in the day, and he fell in love with it.
great reaction! u should watch remember the titans or the rocky movies would be awesome to see u react to those!
Check out “Love Jones”
Should def watch “he got game” with Denzel it’s really good and you’ll like it if you like this
@Angel Groves You should check out Juice, Baby Boy, The Wood, The Best Man, The Best Man Holiday, and even the series The Best Man: The Final Chapters, Love Jones, Brown Sugar.
Omar first movie was Juice
Omar play n the movie call "The Wood" too
You had a few flashbacks watching this is see 😂
👍👍👍👍👍👍
This movie is strange. Q does get butt hurt when she can't stay out to console him. And it's hard because I definitely see both their sides, but she should have probably stayed out. I'd be hurt too. Doesn't seem like u get how hurt someone can be a single decision, even if it's the rational thing to do.
Awesome reaction, can you please watch a movie called THE FOUNDER.
What's crazy is that they dated in real life, during the movie if I'm not mistaken
Do brown sugar
Why does it keep stopping?
U will never see a movie now a days were a woman will share how she feels about a man and fights for him.
INTERSTELLAR…!
Checkout brown sugar
This was one of the worst love stories ever. Q was a douche the entire film, then she has to ask for his heart? Lmao!!! Man you can’t make this up
That's the reality though for some couples. So how is that one of the worst love stories when it's truth for some folks?
..
Comment ont peut avoir ce film le titre ce n'est pas sa
One of the best Love Stories Of All Time, Black Love 😎
Seriously?? Did you watch it? Q was a pos the whole film. Nothing about this movie was love
"Crap, what's the score?" That part took me out 😂
