Potatoes are Really Delicious Cooked This Way :: One Pan Potato Recipe

I made a potato dish that was great even as a meal.
Boil and simmer the beef,
It is a dish cooked with potatoes on top.
I love the combination of savory potatoes and richly stewed beef.
*** Measurements are using scales (g), tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)
[2-3 servings]
✤ Beef seasoning
- 300g beef
- Half an onion
- 1 minced garlic
- 10g (0.7Tbsp) Chicken stock
- 4g (0.5Tbsp) Curry powder
- 2g (0.5Tbsp) Cumin powder
- 10g (2Tbsp) Chili powder
- 210g whole tomatoes (can be pureed)
- 1tsp Sugar
- Black Pepper
- 200ml Water
✤ Potato seasoning
- 500g potatoes
- 18g (2 Tbsp) Olive oil
- 2g (0.5tsp) Chili powder
- 2 pinches of salt
- 3g (1tsp) Garlic powder (or minced garlic)
✤ Toppings (optional)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Rosemary
✤ TIP
- I used raw potatoes, but you can save time by boiling them in advance and then baking them.
- Check the beef seasoning and if it is bland, add more salt or chicken stock.
- You can also cook it in an air fryer.

Hello there! I'm vegetarian so instead of beef, I'll replace that with soya chunks. Also another question, what if we don't have the oven? 😕
precook the potatoes- sauteeing in oil can work, or boiling and mashing for a more cottage pie style dish- and then combine them together at the end. not 1:1, but close enough.
