    It is a cool dessert that is often eaten in summer in Korea.
    I made glutinous rice cake in the shape of a flower. Is it pretty?
    It's pretty, but it's chewy and really delicious.
    I also made strawberry pearls because I wanted to give it a point, but it tastes better because the strawberry seeds are chewed.
    You can grind raw fruits like I did, or you can make pretty colors by using colored milk or commercially available fruit juice.
    *** Measurements are scales (g), rice spoons (Tbsp), teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)
    [Serves 3-4]
    ✤ Mango Glutinous Rice Cake
    - 50g Glutinous rice flour
    - 2.5Tbsp Hot mango juice
    - 10g(1Tbsp) Allulose (sugar available)
    - 1 Pinch of salt
    ✤ White glutinous rice cake
    - 50g Glutinous rice flour
    - 3.5Tbsp Hot water (or hot milk)
    - 20g(2Tbsp) Allulose (sugar available)
    - 1 Pinch of salt
    ✤ Strawberry Pearl
    - 50g Potato starch (or tapioca)
    - 3Tbsp Hot strawberry juice
    - 15g(1.5Tbsp) Allulose (sugar available)
    - 1 Pinch of salt
    ✤ Miscellaneous
    - Milk
    - Sweet red bean paste
    - Condensed milk
    ✤ Tips
    - Store leftover rice cakes and pearls in the freezer.
    - Strawberry pearl has a firm texture,
    If you want to eat it chewy, make it with glutinous rice flour.
    - Milk should be frozen flat so that it is easy to crush.
