Rener, I love your enthusiasm. I think it's that and your articulation that made me feel really comfortable with Gracie Jiu-jitsu. There were a lot of funny things you said in this video. One of them being, "...guess what. Donation for the cause." Hahaha I can't wait to come back to the Gracie Academy! Some day!!!

I never quite understood the whole "r is pronounced h" thing. is that only true if R is the fist letter of the word? if not, then wouldn't the word "Brazil" itself be pronounced BHA-zil? By the way, that smoothie is awesome. never tried making my own grape juice.
Garetjtkd Ive been on this diet for 4 months now, we get plenty of fiber (almost an overload) on our afternoon meal. And why do you need so much fiber when you are eating mostly fruits and veggies.
I have my copie signed by rorion, these large families are derivated from the gods. That's why they have that "way of" in alot of things. They are in fact gods at the source and they build from there keeping that legacy flowering. I learned a great deal with the gracies.
@702decatur actuall the major difference is gracie jiujitsu prepares their students for untrained assailants on the street, and bjj being a sport focuses on going against other bjj practitioners. So yes there is a focus on the street in gracie jiujitsu, but im pretty sure a bjj black belt is more than capable of defending himself on the street.
@702decatur its actually not. there are minor differences in theory, but realistically there's no real differences. Same techniques same fighting style and same combat principles. Bjj is just for sport, so fighters train differently, but again realistically its pretty much the same.

Like when he pauses for more than a couple of seconds..Instead of you cringing in the black hole moment, you'd either end up smiling or giggling silly coz of his facial expressions.
