Wow, this was a fantastic demo! I've listened to it multiple times -- this demo is far better than the TC-Helicon video tutorial! Very, very well done, and she didn't even take her coat off!
Sound guy: "Hey, the microphone is not a drum"
since the air being pushed against a diaphragm makes it a percussion instrument
You're amazing Georgia, what a session!!
It sure would have been great to be able to read her screen while she did this so we could see how this was all done...
I concur, Sir!
Nailed it
Beautiful voice and emotion. Excellent demo.
Beautiful Job! An actual, live SWEET PERFORMANCE that actually DEMONSTRATES some of the features of the product... instead of some lame dudes TALKING about "what the buttons do"... BRAVO, Georgia!
That was awesome! Just bought one of these and can't wait to unleash its potential :)
B R A V O! You're very good Georgia! This is one of the best demos I have ever seen - so musical and technology literal! Go on and use this device constantly in your setup cause it's so beautifully implemented in your music vocabulary!
Fantastic Demo!!! Excellent Song!!! You Rock!!!!
Reminds me so much of Grimes, absolutely beautiful
So glad you like it!
Wow thank you so much! I've only just started using it so I appreciate the kind words =)
So could you talk me through your personalised effects....watched the video a number of times to ascertain what you doing and after watching several tutorial video's I'm nearly there. Love the effects on your voice sounds haunting!
Дякую! Дуже красиво! Дуже профессійно і з шармом!
Excellent demo of the VoiceLive Touch 2! A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I have got to have one...great song and excellent voice!!!!
If you had someone this talented to Demo every product, You would have already took over the world.. I'm not even shopping for a looper, but now I want this.. I just wanted something to control my own effects (as we have no soundman) I already Have the Tc Mic Mechanics and the H-1 Harmony Floor Pedals (Which are extremely Awesome) but they are not veritable enough and I have to bend over to change something between songs.. and chaining them at a live setup takes up too much floor space and time...
I just started checking this out, But if I can plug my guitar into this and tune the Harmonies buy changing cords, I will have to purchase this!
And if you have never purchased something from sweetwater, you are truly spending your money at the wrong place.. Please Sweetwater, never change, I always feel important and appreciated every time I purchase more gear.. and the call back thing you do is amazing... Cheers..
P.S. ----- on the negative side.. You didn't really review much of the effects options, But then again Iv just started looking for a effects controller like this mounted to the mic stand.. and Tc is usually my first choice.. I just was impressed by this lady
Wonderful demo, obviously a moment is needed to re-enter the details
BRAVO! Great Demo!! THX
So sweet of you to say!
SWEET LORD O'MERCY! Nicely Done. Nice demo, a demo on more of the effects would be nice.
Get one! They're so fun! Many thanks for the kind words. =)
I miss TC before they got bought out, would have loved to have seen a continuation off the voice touch
Beautiful!
love her voice
What you're loving is mostly the reverb; I promise you that. Not that her singing was bad, just, I'm sure that's what actually got your attention.
Typhoon792 I agree. The regular vocals were lacking, but she demonstrated how good this product is. I much prefer to hear Yuna- who has an amazing voice- play with this product. Give her a listen
+LizaLavolta: Sorry, I've heard both Georgia & Yuna now -- I like Gerogia better.
More videos like this! Good job
Amazing voice WOW
Amazing, awesome ...wow...I have to get one :)...Beautiful voice too! Thank you so much! I love it!
really glad you're feelin it =)

Except for a few loops and a bit voice filter, I have not heard anything great ... So what can the TC-Helicon VoiceLive Touch 2
Fantastic
AMAZING
F✨A✨N✨T✨A✨S✨T✨I✨C✨ great Vocal fx machine 👌🏻 love your gold Lion Ring! Cheers iSPIKE (Western Australia 🇦🇺) 👍🏻
What do you think about using one of the TC Helicon products for saxophone?
BRAVO!!!!!!!!!
Uggg why did you do that so well, now I have to get one lol, my last tc helicon harmony G just stopped working, don't know why, is this unit somewhat dependable, i hate to pay so much for something that will only last a couple years
Cool performance by Georgia - no question!
....but why is everyone who showcases this product SO into the looper... as if noone had ever heard of such a tool?!
I'm way more interested in how the effects sound like ~is it accessible ~ how (fast) can I combine and edit effects ~ how can I store my faves (&how much) and stuff!!
THESE are the questions of a vocalist who's lookin' for a good-sounding multi-fx-machine for live-shows or in the rehearsal room...
....or is it just me...? :-/
Me too
Me three :)
Thank you! =)
Well, guess I'll be getting one of these with my Gibson guitar 🎸!!! Daaang that was good !!!!
I´m interested to buy a song effect pedal but does this unit work when singing jazz n bossa songs? I mean, does the harmonizer follow the change of keys all the time or would it sound like shiet? Im playing guitar n singing at the same time btw
Jack your guitar or other instrument in & the machine will read your chords.
Also can this be used in live situation with a Presonus StudioLive 16.0.02 desk?
Just a little demo. Fucking beautiful.
Really Kool !!!!!
wau ... wau... x more wau ! superb
She says she never used this sort of gear before, but she is a "Product Specialist for TC Helicon." Which is it?
and the next video is from looks like Namm where she is showing off the voice live ....in January 2013. So she's had at least 3 months to play with it.
I never used it before either and right out of the box, I was creating vocal loops that sounded quite good for not knowing what I was doing.. so this is believable..
That’s not really what she said. Go back and listen carefully.
my touch 2 will NOT play the tempo in my headphones. I have the settings right :/ it's almost unusable for live now. idk what is the issue.
How to restore factory settings?
Очень круто получилось
Anybody knows the effects she's using !
Girl , you have a beautiful voice and your demo on this device sold me. my demo song is on youtube called Waterway and the song is Fell-n- luv. check it out
Woh nice.
fire
What is this song ?
What does the Touch Live 2 do that the 1 doesnt?
Joey Fish great question. Looks like they have no desire to respond to our questions either. 😪
Guess it was cold!
Saw a lot of looping , but very little as to what the actual vocal processing possibilities are. So far, I've seem no videos that genuinely demonstrates the product. they describe a long list what capabilities are, but with no demonstrations of those capabilities. This is a perfect example of that.
Same here, 3rd video I found where the demo is 90% looping and then the presenter goes "...and so much more!"
Would be great to play with in solitary confinement, but no plug.
Looks a little bit complicate for live performance in terms of loop settings
can u save ur work after u make ur loops and vocals?
Anyone?
Anita Cairns I believe that you can save it if you are connected to logic but not to the device itself.
However, she mentions a favorites screen so I'm not entirely sure.
Does it accept line in or only mic in? I ask in the case I would want to use a different preamp rather than the built-in one.
Neddskorg That does help, thank you! Unfortunately, it doesn't do it for me. Aux-in is at a different level than the +4dBu signal (the equivalent of 1.23V) coming from the line-out. The signal is also balanced while the aux-in is unbalanced (though I guess that's less of a problem). In any case, it would surely bring in undesired distortion to do it this way. It also takes up that connection which I otherwise would've liked to use. Ultimately, I would need to use the built-in preamp of the device, directly through the mic-in.
Furthermore, I was in fact actually hoping it did have a digital input. Unfortunately, with USB, that means it has to work directly as the host for whatever DAW software you're using and you're therefore limited to it's inputs and outputs. That's actually bad as this therefore means I'm limited to use my computer for the sole purpose of vocals. What would've been better is if it had a S/PDIF input/output.
In the end, what this all means is that it isn't a professional piece of gear and that's quite unfortunate as I find its functions quite useful. I might ultimately wind up getting it anyway but I'll certainly be looking into other options.
Thanks again!
Typhoon792
You can use something like Asio4All to have the USB portion of Touch2 be one of many digital ins and outs from the DAW. That might get you where you want to go. You can then set your input to USB and send whatever you'd like down the vocal effects path.
TC-Helicon Hey, thanks for the advice! I am aware of this method and do this for one of my media PC's. However, in the case that I am thinking, I would be using a MADI interface and ASIO4All wouldn't be a possible solution in this case. Maybe you guys may come out with a similar device with more professional ins and outs? Thanks again! :)
What a great demo... Could you see that is a little warmer in the room for her next time... poor woman had to wear a coat and hat... lol!!
my problem with this is it does not have a foot switch, how could i do that if im playing an instrument at the same time?
+grvonny I believe there are a three and a six-button foot switch for this unit.
+grvonny here ya go bud : add on 6 button foot switch www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/Switch6
Cool
This video is so good (the performer!) and simultaneously so bad. Not being able to see what's happening on the screen equals to this not being a demo of what the unit can do, but only what the performer can do. Was the camera person actually looking at the screen of their camera??

Wonderful product and I now own one. However, all of this work is lost the minute you turn off the unit. There is no ability to save the loops. They give you up to 900 "saved" registrations including harmony, doubling, reverb, etc. but no loops within the registrations. You would think that with cheap available memory on sticks ($30 for 64 gb.) TC Helicon could store the loops in either songs like this or within each of the favorite tracks. To me, it's like Goodyear or Goodrich inventing tubeless tires but you have to add air after each time you drive the car. I recognize the qualities of the product, but must admit I am totally disappointed at the lack of foresight that went into the final product.
I get what you're saying, but you can output to a sampler/sequencer and build your tracks that way.
Ufff ❤❤❤
Haha sorry =( It's something I do kind of subconsciously....didn't realize it was distracting. Thanks for the feedback!
Okay, I'm 2 years behind the comments here. Hey we live a long, long, long away from the rest of the world so cut us some slack. Also, reading these really old comments, alas I see a few "hater", someone doesn't like button pushing performances. Here's the deal, back the fuck off, she's a Product Specialist. :) (Wish I was a Product Specialist, I ain't special at shit) Though, I do type okay. I gotta stop beating myself up. We are all special, even the guy that hates watching buttons being pushed. He just likes pushing other peoples buttons. Ha ha. I made a joke. (I'm really going this time)
Steve Houghton And I'm 2 years behind your comment lol.)))
This poor girl looks like shes freezing! Sweetwater, turn the heat on man.
Good demo, but I would say you are FAR from a novice on these processes. Since you have multiple videos like this over 10 yrs. I would say you're an expert.
пальто то сними
Aw
muy bien, no golpees asi el microfono.. abrazo
Interesting that someone showing off mic fx doesn't know how to hold a mic in the right position - puffing and popping away.
Aaaaw shucks ;)
What's the deal with the hat. Was it so cold? :-)
Get some magnesium, it will help your contractions. You are welcome.
Trainwreck
i have tinkin frome my box ,,making money from my hobie.com
I got no idea what the fuks goin on! What u doin wat machine doin who's voice nothin
Really tried to watch this, but by 2:04 I was getting so sick of the corny "hand emotive" movements I had to quit.
The demo is for the voice the effects box not the lady. I think she did a wonderful job at it, especially cause she got right to demoing how to use the looper and effects.
