I saw someone else review this product and it demonstrated the limitations of the product and that person’s voice (like it just can’t “fix” someone who doesn’t have great vocal ability) but this demo really shows how you can take someone with amazing vocals and just “enhance” and broaden the things they can do (especially if they don’t have backing vocals). Beautiful voice!

I bought the TC Helicon Harmony G, many years ago, it is useful for adding some subtle EQ, compression and reverb etc, and good for small Gigs, the harmony stuff, not that useable unless you want to sound like the Everley Brothers, this VoiceLive, more of a bedroom karaoke gadget or practice tool, for someone who doesn't have a PA, I'd be inclined to go for the Boss VE-20 or the Harmony G-XT, if a working Musician at this Price Point. Hannah has a clear Voice, no gadgets required.
Great piece of gear...watching this for inspiration to pull it out of the gear bin!

I like climbing inside my duvet cover, then closing all the poppers...... Then you sort of do some rolly-pollies until you're not sure which way is up, and where the exit is, and then try to get back out again without having to call someone to help!!

+Tiny J I danced with him till i tired him out, then span him around and round til he couldn't stand up anymore, and he was puking everywhere... Then i tore his hands off, and i use them to smear poo on the walls when i break into local tax offices in the middle of the night... I keep them in the fridge so they don't go rotten, but they only last for about 3 weeks each time.. The i have to repeat the whole process again..

Richard Galpin Hey Rich - this is the Faith Trembesi Neptune, with a stereo Shadow preamp / under saddle pickup, as well as a Fishman Rare Earth in the sound hole. For this video we took a line out of each pickup for a nice blend :-)

Is there of altering the level of the harmonies against your own voice?
Yes. Each preset has a Harmony Level parameter. There is also a global harmony level parameter that affects all presets.
Hannah, in pictures of you guys live, you look like you're using the VoiceLive Touch or Touch 2. Which one is it? I have the original and I was looking at an upgrade, but I'd like to hear from someone who has one (or, even better has, or has tried, BOTH!)
Hi dude! I use the VoiceLive Touch 2 when rehearsing and performing. I used the first Touch a few years ago and liked it but prefer the way the Touch 2 functions. Although I've certainly spent a lot more time with the Touch 2 and so I'm much more familiar with it. I change effects frequently when performing, even within a single verse and the Touch 2 does exactly what I need! Having the 9 favourite pads is great too. I'd say pop into your local retailer and spend some quality time with it to compare to the touch 1 :)
Cool. One thing I like about the original is the way I can instantly select which harmony voices I want. I suppose with 9 favourites as opposed to the 5 on the original, I could simply have harmony voice changes written into different favourites buttons! I DO love the TC Helicon vocal effects. There are things I never thought I'd use... for instance, at the end of a long night (or series of nights) it's easy for me to get fatigued and start to drift flat on longer notes... I find a LITTLE bit of the subtle pitch correct can help get you through those last couple of songs!! (I know... I'm a cheater!) BTW, LOVE Hatton Manor. You and Matt are awesome! Keep up the great work, guys!

Yes. There is a global Pitch Correction Amount parameter that can be set from 0..100%.
Does this do three part harmonies? Someone please answer.

What about nightflight to venus robot voice? and harder, faster, stronger.... by daft punk? or what about a man sounding like a woman? or what about a normal person who doesnt do much singing? because it will sound great with that voice of yours, but what about the average consumer, like the guy at the left, will it work for him? The product sounds really interesting anyway.

Only problem is the chromatic pitch corrector. Pitch correcting should never be done live. It takes away from the legitimacy of the music
And nobody talks about the absolute crappy latency this pedal produces... So annoying and no bypass possibilities!
