If I'm short on time and need a total body workout under 30 mins this will be my go-to! I like the quick cycle of cardio/strength/core to keep the body and mind guessing. It also felt like a condensed version of FB's 1000 calorie workouts. lol As always, thank you Daniel for reminding us to take slow controlled deep breaths. It may seem like a small thing but it makes a whole world of difference when recovering between intervals and during the cooldown and stretch!

The way you deliver & breakdown information is so easy to understand & apply. I am on a journey to heal my hormones after hormonal birth control & it’s been a struggle.
