Penelope Williams, 42, was found with a long-term patient after he died in the back of his car with his “trousers down,” according to the Telegraph.
She initially told cops in Wales that she only met the man - who was not identified - because he messaged her to say he was feeling unwell.

Leave the poor girl alone. She might be the best nurse I've ever heard of. It's not her fault. It sounds like he just had one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel, and was ready to drop at any moment. Every man should go out like that. Hopefully this pretty young lady will remain a nurse and go on to help others and bring a little joy into their lives.
