    RECIPE
    Choux Pastry:

    sugar - 15 g;
    butter -115 g;
    milk - 100g;
    water - 250 ml.;
    salt - 5 g;
    eggs - 4-5 pieces.
    food colouring optionally
    Craquelin:
    flour - 100 g;
    sugar - 110 g;
    butter - 90 g.
    food coloring optionally .
