thats because we usually follow the first in first out stock arrangement for where the older ones will be placed in front, in hope to be cleared off first before the new one takes over the spot. if we put the newest ones in front of the older stocks, the boss would probably go "haiya, you young people are incompetent" and then send us home because we bring shame to the store.
