How is it "poised to change the landscape"? It the same bike with the same look and specs since its first release in 2009. I like the look - but 15 year old design wont "change the landscape" :-D
The bike is awesome. They ride great. The down side is the 5spd. The bike is awesome around town. It’s when you get it on the open road. There is just not enough gear. Revs really high at 75 mph. Is in dire need of a 6spd.
Love this bike. That cylinder capacity with only 50 cv must have a brutal torque. I once saw a unit parked in Madrid downtown and it looks even more attractive in the flesh. It is not a very practical bike, but that 1,3 liter V twin must be stunning. By the way, I hate te current color schemes. Pity that it is no longer available in Europe.
"Cutting edge features?" I wasn't aware that it had any features, much less cutting edge ones. The lack of features is kind of the point. "Riders who value...practicality." This may be the most impractical mass market vehicle you can buy. Again, that's kind of the point. Definitely at 100% AI generated video. No human being could be that wrong about stuff. Still....gotta love the Fury. Definitely one of a kind!
If they would come with a larger, better looking fuel tank, I'd consider looking at one. Too bad they had to lose 21 HP when they switched to fuel injection.
@manniie89 if you want to go with Honda for a beginner bike, I suggest the 2021 Honda rebel 500. It’s reliable, very forgiving when it’s come to steering and not enough power to scare you. It will do about 90-100 mph at the absolute most.
- Steals Footage - Uses Generic AI Voiceover - Says the most Nothing burger lines that are totally wrong (they got HP wrong, says it's "redefining" despite being a 2009 engine, etc) The Fury is a cool bike and all, but this Video only exists to waste people's time looking for an actual good review.
Why is commentary done by a robot with a limited grasp of English and not much knowledge about motorcycling? There was no mention of this bike being shaft drive, surely the most important difference when comparing it to the competition.
Tank size is not made for long haul lol. But it has about the right butt discomfort/ fuel mileage ratio. I usually get the gas light Just about the time I have to stop and get feeling in my butt again
I do 3000 km.in 4 days What I do with that 3.4 gallons tank? Is a lot of space under and a very small tank. Is not possible to order with bigger tank ?
Honda is dropping the ball with the colors... literally the only reason I haven't bought one, I just want a brand new bike with the colors I want... I guess that's too much to ask for.
Yeh, all the major brands doing that. Was eying a Yamaha XSR900 , but the color i want was a model made 3 years ago, current model 1 color option randomly switch every couple years, again to a dif 1 color option, guess its the metric cruiser way these days . Ended up with a Triumph lol, if you cant stand the color its a no go/ simple as that. On the fury/ yellow one year, then OD green the next? ha ha em yeh. Best of luck, -Cheers
Hmm. I think calling it Fury is misleading. That gives the impression of aggressive. The VTX 1800 was aggressive. A true torque monster. A more appropriate name would have been the Honda Flurry. Still a Honda, reliable and good quality, but a step or 10 below the VTX 1800.
If its only a 53 hp 1310 cc v twin . It's definitely underpowered and too small of displacement to even think of competition with current offerings from Harley Davidson. And the thought that it wasn't designed to emulate and compete with Harley Davidson would be a silly one. Because that's its entire reason for existing
They need to dump those crappy slow V twins and go back to inline 4's or at the very least something with some giddy up. No reason a cruiser should be a slug. Braking don't always work for avoiding situations. Im almost 60 with nearly 55 years of riding 2 wheels so dont lay that "cruisers dont need to go fast" bullshit on me. Let those who ride decide !! I can't ride all balled up on a sport bike but like to move when I want. For those that dont know this bike might reach 100 mph if your very lucky. (more like 90 mph) I have had 18 wheelers pass me at 80 mph on the hwys !!
If you don't like the crappy slow cruisers, you can always find something on the market. You don't like racers ? Try an enduro. Didn't work ? Try touring. There are allways tons of bikes for anyone's taste. That V Twins are the most characteristing feature cruiser riders love. An inline 4 on a cruiser bike ? That would be a bike i'll never want to ride. To sum up: Want a fast bike ? Buy a fast bike. Also don't lay that "I'm riding for 55 years" bullshit on me. Dear Honda, more crappy slow V twins please Sincerely Crappy slow V twin lover.
@@cagraydn689 Sure thing jr. go stare at your harley some more. Maybe buy some more chrome doodads to try to look kewl. Cause thats all they're good for. Bar hopping and posing with. You're a typical poser kiddo. lol
Thats a good thing cause your cruisers are slow !! Its not always about top end. Sometimes, like i said its about having the power to get the hell out of the way. And what exactly is torque going to do for you ??? @@MarkEagles-q4k
@@MarkEagles-q4k Thats a good thing because they have no power. I guess with the torque you can crawl into a bar parking lot in third gear and not kill it. lol Sometimes it takes a little power to move out of danger. Vtwins have none. You like going slow ? Good for you. Not me. When I have a hells angel wanna be in front of me I just blow by and put some distance between us. You get to follow them. lol
Is this video created by AI? Generic footage and saying a whole lot of nothing.
absolutley its the future

What also puzzles me... I've met people who want them, but RARELY see any on the road.
I have a 2011 and it's the same accept the color good bike

@@Andrew-nh5zgI’m getting one hopefully next weekend.
@@ethanschlong4662 Congrats and enjoy the ride
I’d buy it before a Harley. Never again Harley
1:37 anyone else notice the car flying past the "fury" 🤣🤣
Damn Honda, i got an 18 fury. I love the bike, but honda gotta do something different. How bout a bigger tank, 6 gear, and different options for bars.
My ass hurts from all that smoke just got blown up it. Its like a Honda Brochure.
😂

Maybe some aftermarket support would boost sales

Solid rims like a Fat Boy would really be a nice touch on the black/silver model.
What's the big hole under the tank?
Thats the chopper look
That’s one of the things I don’t like about this bike. It looks like something is missing in that space underneath the tank
Still no springer option? Think about it , Honda.
1300 ccs with only 54hp? my KTM 450 has that much! How can you get so little out of so much?
If they would come with a larger, better looking fuel tank, I'd consider looking at one. Too bad they had to lose 21 HP when they switched to fuel injection.
They keep showing a year old bike yellow is not a 2024
5 speed transmission, PFT ‼️
And still has a speedometer that looks 40 years old.
Would this be a good starter bike?
Get a grom for your first bike

No
The Fury is a great bike, It needs a 6spd. The downfall of the Fury is the 5spd. When at HWY speeds around that 65 plus MPH it revs high.

You feel it in your soul ! Ok pushing it a bit. LOL.
Honda best on earth
I have a fury and it’s slow as all heck. It can barely do highway speeds. But I guess that’s not what this bike is about.
I have a 2016 fury and can get to 100 no problem
Sounds like user error friend 😂
Ya bro I get up to a 100 barely twisting the throttle without the limiter it could probably hit 130
good guess.
Gonnaneed a clear coat to protect all that chrome from scratches.
So, 9 more hp than a 750 Shadow. All show and no go. I have a 21 year old Shadow Sabre 1100 with 68 hp.

A 6th gear would be nice.
Will they make an automatic
I lile the bike ....but.... the 80s called they want their giant lollipop turn signals back.
It needs to have 150 hp not 53 hp thats sad and that would make sales if it had power and last but no power and last sucks
This is what happens when the Yamaha Vino takes steroids and gets tattoos.
They literally copied last year’s video and made it “2024”
Price is to high
Definitely not my cuppa tea…looks like something Jim carrey in ´the mask’ would ride - but hey some like it, no judgment
Not even their top cruiser... and its been the same since day 1
My God that giant Gap or hole whatever you want to call it between the engine the frame and the tank is hideous😮
There's also an ai video showing a "compact" 2024 fury, it looks like a new age Honda rebel..lmao. garbage ai channels
