Made the roll ups with habanero cheddar venison summer sausage. Went to local pizza shop and got a ball of dough. Rolled it out like y'all did. Turned out fantastic! Thanks for the recipe!! 😀

Kent I am a graduate of the University of Texas and the best barbecue sauce is Stubbs fresh from the restaurant in Austin Texas his rub kit is to die for. Great on chicken ribs and brisket.
