Its not vaping when i open two holes. Only working if all the holes are closed! What do i do wrong

2 holes is perfect for me. All the way open, and the auto draw starts to fail.

IT doesn't work at all IT doesn't turn on but when i get to charge it IT flashes blues green and Red
