I have a Question .I never smoked, aside from bumming a cigarette twice or 3 times a year off someone at a really fun outside event. And I've never dipped. But at the age of 36 I found and started using the nicotine lozenge. It seemed the most practical, low dose and safest way to use, after for months I now use them quite frequently throughout the day. My question is, how much less casonagenic is the lozenge compared to zin or tobacco dip. The mint moves around in my mouth and doesn't really sit in the same spot so it seems like it would be less likely to cause the irritaional form of cancer.
This was the comment I needed to read to inspire me to switch to crack, I’ve been debating for awhile now and this was the push I needed, god bless you, stay strong…
Retired dentist! I diagnosed three patients in 30 years with squamous cell carcinoma. All three smoked and drank alcohol in excess. I have dipped since college. Saw many parents who also dipped. Zero issues but I did advise to relocate each session around the month. I now use Zyn and love them. Peter Attia and Tucker Carlson are two who also use this product. Both have been on RUclips interviews discussing their preference for Nicotine pouches
true, oral cancer is hyoer rare. A Karolinska Institute stury invoving 418 000 Swedish males followed for 30 years equaling 9.2 million life years concluded a total of 600 oral cancer cases and the normal use of "suns ie 4 cans or less per week, actually reduced the risk of oral cancer with 35% as compared to never-snus users. Snus use was not associated with oral cancer among never smokers (HR 0.87, 95% CI: 0.57, 1.32). Conclusions: Swedish snus use does not appear to be implicated in the development of oral cancer in men.
The dude said cancer is caused by continued irritation of an area lol. Everyone would have some kind of cancer on areas of their body that were constantly being rubbed against which isn’t true. Lol
I saw one of additive mindsets videos in the week and instantly threw my vape away. I thought nah I need to stop. Later the day I lost focus and couldn't do any of my work. Next day I went to buy a disposable... After 7 years addiction but ig I need to slow down than go cold turkey otherwise it'll break me with withdrawals
@@kuro.editzzz the best was to quit is with nicotine replacement therapy, there are approved nicotine gums, patches, and lozenges available in drug stores. depending on the state you're in there might also be a state administered program for people trying to quit nicotine. In florida we have tobaccofreeflorida which delivers nicotine lozenges and patches that become less strong as the weeks pass over a process of 18 weeks
Yeah man, quitting is hard. I've probably stopped like 4 times. I'll go months without vaping/smoking but working a blue collar job (in the south as well) and having a couple of friends who does it makes it 10 times harder to stop. I think it's just a mindset change. If you are really ready to stop, have the mindset that you aren't a vaper anymore. Keep in mind that YOU are in control, not a craving formed from some chemical. Keep it up don't fall back into it
Wow. Been on Zyn pouches for about 2.5 years now to get away from cigarettes and chewing tobacco to be a bit healthier. And recently been thinking a lot about quitting nicotine for good. The extreme anxiety was my main reason to quit, but when you said mouth cancer risk with Zyn, that was enough to send me over the edge to go full send today. I'm not looking back either.
I was on your same boat, I quit and it was very difficult but I think I found a trick to it. I picked up drinking mate tea. It gives you something to do with a kick of caffeine trough out the day.
Not necessarily stupid, I always wanted to smoke from a very young age, and I didn't start till I was 16. Then did 15 yrs on ciggy, 12 yrs on vape, now 3 month on pouches. A mistake yes, but not stupid 😅
Man, I just switched over to zyn/rogue pouches from the disposable vapes like posh and sheesh. And it’s been 6 days on the pouches and I’m still craving the vape because the oral fixation of smoking something, but it is getting better. Now these pouches are really irritating the inside of my bottom lip and not so much my gums. I feel like the long cut chew I used to do like skoal and Copenhagen back in the day didn’t eat my lip up this bad. I’m doing 6-10 pouches a day. I want to get off of nicotine completely but this has been a battle for over half my life and I just turned 30. Thanks for the good information man. Good videos!
@@KojackBanglesVDFW prices are pretty outrageous lol. i would recommend trying Zones (dumbass name ik). they come in 9mg and it’s $4 for a can of 20. they do burn a bit but im not really bothered by it.
I picked up vaping in high school and have quit twice. The second time i started was intentionally self-destructive. I've chewed nicorette and im using patches right now. Combining sublingual or transdermal with caffeine just helps me focus on work. I will never go back to smoking or vaping anything. At some point, I'll try zyn, but until then im fine with gum or patches. Moderation is key, the goal is to prevent tolerance buildup
On pouches comes in 1.5 mg if you special order it from the website. I use the 2mg and 3mg for zyn. I still smoke, in the morning and at night but have eliminated the majority of it. Which was hard af because I’m a truck driver
@@Newishrevolution1 yeah I actually did start using Zyns and other than the sting they're wonderful. Co workers offer their vapes all the time and it's pretty easy to say no. I also noticed with Zyn once one is in I dial into whatever I am doing for like half an hour. Just me, my earbuds, and the task at hand. They're great, just pricey for what they are
Just a note about vaping. It is possible to get dry vape devices that are not disposable. They work by heating the tobacco and inhaling the the vapor. There is no flame or combustion. Works great for weed too.
@@LanIsOriginal ah yeah dry herb vape I tried that, couldn't get to grips with it. Seemed more potent? Got oil thc vape. Might give my mighty medic another go 🤞
I have to contradict him. In England and Switzerland, vaping is considered 95% less harmful than cigarettes and is paid for by health insurance for people who want to stop smoking. Tobacco, even if it has not been burned, is also considered to be significantly more carcinogenic than vapes
Totally agree. I find it sad that he puts all vaping under his "bad" umbrella but does not do the same for gums etc. People who are vaping nic salts from reputable companies is definitely safer if done so on a safe device such as Caliburn or Xros for instance. I hope cigarette smokers are not discouraged and will try vaping to get off cigarettes ( I just started vaping to quit a 1 1/2 pack a day cigarette habit.) Another note regarding vape juice. Synthetic nicotine is WAY safer for you and a lot of salt nic vape juice is going to that. I just learned this on a Ben Greenfield RUclips video/podcast with Ben Katz. Anyway, I hope a lot of people see your comment.
Any time I see one of my friends with a new vape after they've never touched nicotine I tell them something along the lines of "welcome to the club you're never allowed to leave" 😂 once nicotine touches you. You'll never forget about it
Did exactly this, haven't used a vape in like a month now, went from cigs to vape and now to zyn. I'm using like a can of zyn every 3 days so I'd say it's an improvement
@@willmullinsmusic I did the same thing, was a pack a day smoker since high school and switched to vapes back when box mods were still the norm. Once covid hit and New York banned flavored vapes it caused all the local vape shops to close their doors for good. I switched to disposable vapes and noticed a significant increase in breathing issues and irritation from vaping so I switched to Zyns this year and haven't looked back. I feel so much better now and can go much longer without nicotine cravings.
I just think it’s fun sometimes. I do one pouch of 6mg zyn maybe 1 or 2 times a week at the end of the work day. Never more than that and I’d never let myself do more than that.
Everything causes cancer i just had my right nut cut off because of testicular cancer and that wasn't good enough because it spreaded to my lymph nodes in my abdomen so then i was gutted abd had my lymph nodes removed so im quitting smoking and going with the pouches before i die of lung cancer
I've used all of those products, but mainly cigarettes and dip...used each one for ~20 years. I worked in every aspect of the golf business (asst golf professional, outside operations ie cleaning carts, picking up range, and golf course maintenance mowing greens, fairways, tees, etc), and that is where I picked up dipping. I used between one and two cans of dip a day and it destroyed my teeth. I currently am a light nicotine user...delivery method of choice is lozenges or pouches.
If you look purely at the nitrosamine, aldehyde, and overall toxic chemical content, nicotine pouches are by far the safest, even when compared to Snus and nicotine gum. It would take 30 Zyns or 300 ON pouches to equal the same nitrosamine and formaldehyde content as a single Snus pouch. Nicotine gums have also been found to contain trace amounts of radioactive metals. They don't contain formaldehyde, but they do contain a whole host of other toxic chemicals MJ smoke also contains many of the same carcinogens as cigarettes. However, it also contains tons of anti carcinigens that help to cancel out those cancer causing chemicals. That's why most studies on smoking MJ have not found a significant risk of lung cancer. It still damages your lungs in other ways, but the risk of malignancies is very low when compared to smoking tobacco products.
Nasal snuff (European not so much American) has really helped me kick most every other form of nicotine. I encourage anyone trying to at least drop the nicotine levels way down check it out and do your own snooping. There is obviously many reasons why it seems wild to put powdered tobacco product in your nose but with a good nasal hygiene routine and getting the technique down if really the most enjoyable form of tobacco I have ever used and I have used quite literally all of them. It is low nicotine content, big hit and no you don't snort it like other substances just a gentle sniff places it in the lower part of the nose and you blow it out when you feel like. Ill shut up now, try it its helped me greatly.
I had to use the patch to quit zyn. I'd really recommend never touching them i was ridiculously addicted. Every hour I'd pop a new one just to feel normal
I been using the nicotine gum since I quit vaping. I started when I was 18 and I'm 25 now and I quit last year but relapsed several times. But since I started the gum it's helped but now I'm hooked on the gum and can't get off
Try replacing the gum with non nicotine I notice for me it’s the habit of putting gum in that’s really getting to me Also put regular gum in a ZYN can your brain will kinda register it as nicotine gum not non nicotine gum it helps a TON
Not necessarily looking to quit but looking to minimize harm. I have noticed that since I stoped consuming nicotine my food consumption has increased astronomically.
@ I eat well, and go to the gym on a consistent schedule. I just can’t sit still without consuming something. Whether it’s Diet Coke or sparkling waters I’m always consuming. I crushed a 12 pack of sparkling waters yesterday just cause I can’t focus or just relax without some sort of consumption. Zyn so far has helped settle that alot, although I know it’s not sustainable long term also cost of that is not as cheap as it seems
I OD’ed on ashwaghanda, had digestive distress for about a month. With bleeding and everything. Then there was about 3 stressful months of ruling out cancer. I was taking 3-4x recommended dose though. Remember that ashwaghanda is nightshade family, can mess you up. Treat it with respect.

I smoked 20/day and stopped cold turkey for 8 years after which I started vaping. Stopped vaping cold turkey for 2 years and started vaping nic salts. Slowly switched to pouches and ended up doing 15-25 pouches per day. These pouches are by far the worst! They gave me anxiety, panic attacks, dizziness, no motivation, depression, gut issues, elevated BP and heart rate, brain fog, exhaustion etc etc. all while I kept on telling myself these are healthier.
Ive been switching between cigarettes and vapes since 13 7 days ago the battery in my disposable vape burst open and i accidentaly inhaled a small amount of the battery acid i am lucky that im not severely hurt switched to nicotine pouches straight away after that and i am very gratefull for the wake up call
I agree that disposable vapes should be more transparent about the ingredients on their packaging. It baffles me that disposable companies are not required to clearly display the amount of nicotine in mg and people still use them. Then again neither do cigarette companies openly show nicotine levels on theirs. At least with vaping, there is a hobbyist market that use reusable devices and source their own fluid. Here vapers are in much better control of the type of e-liquid they use in their vapes and they are well aware of what they are actually vaping and the exact nicotine levels inside of it.
One thing no one mentions about quitting is the book “The Easy Way To Quit Smoking” by Allen Carr. Just read the book! I smoked for 33 years and have been nicotine free for 3 years. ❤️
That’s wonderful hope you’re still going strong. I’m so anxious to quit.. I went out and purchased my “quit kit”… gum.. candy and snacks.. two vapes left.. I have a lot to get through this week and not good time to quit but after these two I have to try and I think cold turkey is the only way for me. It was so much easier in the past to quit cigs but vaping, because it’s so easy and more constant it’s like an emotional codependency.. feels like an extra limb at this point 😂
Fantastic breakdown bro. Decided to go back to skoal pouches. Vaped for over ten years after being a pack and a half a day smoker and I think pouches are a lesser evil.
I’ve tried about all types and gotta say vaping was definitely the worst. My body felt way worse than with anything else. Would always wake up with a dry mouth and burning lungs. Never experienced this with cigarettes and yes it definitely has to do with only smoking a few cigs a day vs sucking on a vape all day. Luckily I have quit both and have lowered down to pouches. Little by little I will quit nicotine
Velo and ZYN definitely irritated my inner lip/ gum. More than that, it gave me crazy and very frequent heart palpitations (and beats would skip all the time). I quit a few months ago and I feel great. No more heart palpitations and less moody as well.

I made the decision about 2 years ago to start vaping. I've lost 30 pounds since then and kept it off. I knew the risks going in, and I know that some day I'm going to see the consequences of it, but I don't really care. I would do it again. Now, I'm not going to say by any means that nicotine is good for you, but it does seem a little suspicious that this video was basically a sponsorship of some weird dietary supplement.
I agree there are shitty companies sometimes but there also some very high quality companies selling vape juice and products with fantastic quality control
Vaping doesn’t just cause lung issues - I started to develop GERD. I quit and my issue diminished almost immediately- I used Nicotine Lozenges from the pharmacy
The problem with zyn is i don't get disgusted, after or 2 or 3 cigs a day im like blagh.. with zyn i just keep pumping it in me until I goto bed and it gives me anxiety, the dead on about having to go outside and smell because with vape im constantly vaping

If I had blame something for making me smoke- it was literally 1 tv show in particular ( maybe 2 of you count how cool Tommy looked smoking in peaky blinders). Mind hunter on Netflix, the one detective guy tells his partner after noticing how nervous he is, “ if you smoked, you wouldn’t be nervous…” That was all it took beside the aesthetic feature.
I started Zyn a few days ago to self-medicate. I was tired and irritable and not very motivated. The rush and then the calm afterwards were both very helpful for what I was looking for, but I wanted to keep the feeling longer. Then on the third day, (I had done 2, then 3, then 4 each day when I started.) I started feeling my heart pumping, noticeably, while just sitting. My extremeties were cold and I was beggining to feel anxious as well. It wore off and I felt normal and woke up the next day in a somewhat chill state. I took only one pouch the next day when I woke up to avoid it doing that again. Was going fine, then I had a big meal 2 hours after my pouch was done. I then became hyper lethargic and then once that eased up I could feel my heart going hard again and this time I was in a mild state of panic, probably a panic attack. Im not sure what is what, because I felt none of these the first two days of trying nicotine, but the 3rd and 4th days were not fun. Day 5 now and Im unsure what I should do. I hate the idea that Im damaging my vascular health. But it really did help my mood in the way I wanted.
I feel the same way. I quit today. It causes anxiety, breathing problems and heart pumps fast just sitting. It doesn’t suit me. I feel low and stomach is always upset.
Trying to switch to zyns today from vaping. Fingers crossed it will help me quit, my biggest thing about the addiction isn't even rlly the nicotine, it's the inhaling part that gives me the good feeling. So hopefully using zyn will limit my nicotine depency until I get used of not being able to inhale it.
I went from cigarettes to chew and noticed my addiction go WAY up, smoked roughly 5 to 10 cigarettes a day to dipping 2 to 4 times a day with a skol pouch and had to stop after about 6 months bc I could tell it was putting way more nicotine into my system. Now I vape the small pens like the vuse and hate it bc I use it ALL day if I can. Looking to replace the habit with something better
I quit smoking a pack per day for 20 years some 25 years ago now. Just put them down, struggled for only one week. After that week the smell from other smokers became repulsive.
I've done almost all of these, though zyn and vaping were my 2 main ways of delivery. I had a nicotine relapse at the end of January but I've made it the whole month of February no nicotine. Outside of an occasional craving, it isn't something I long for much. Realistically, I could live with myself if I had an occasional hit of nicotine, but every time I've tried that, it's led to full-blown relapse. Better to stay off the stuff entirely.
Thanks for the information. I definitely am not comfortable swallowing the zyn juices.... i spit it out and wash my mouth after every pouch. The spit is a huge drawback to me. Might as well dip at that point... i got a water bottle and everything. I find the spitting to be way grosser than cig smell. Even after just a couple days switching to zyn from cigs. Ive already noticed a number of negative oral side effects. Also I'm skeptical of the QC of zyn pouches... there seems to be significant variation in some pouches potency (using 3mg, cool mint. Going to try smooth next) ive had 3-4 pouches out of 3 zyn packs have noticeably higher amounts of nicotine. Usually its just a light burn for me but sometimes the burn is like 10x stronger than normal and it felt like more nicotine than the 6mg pouches. I also have noticed way more cravings for nicotine after switching to zyn like you described. I never smoked more than 1/2-3/4 pack a day. Zyns have helped me stop cigs but the cravings hit like 20 times a day instead of like 10 times. I tried cigs again after switching to zyn and smoking definitely results in less cravings for me not that, its better but man is it weird trying to use an alternative to quit only to practically double the cravings 😂 still seems like an improvement somehow
Nic Nac Naturals are the cleanest Nicotine Ive found, theyre not bad and not crazy addicting. I got 5 to try, used them over a month and a half, and stopped like that.
From my experience and on the contrary to what ive been told and from videos I’ve watched, the nicotine delivery from cigars is very weak compared to cigarettes. I can’t speak on the health effects, because I’m not a doctor, but I will say that quitting can be done, but you’ll need to space them out. Go as long as you possibly can without smoking them and restrict it to nighttime use only. That should help bring the level of nicotine you require down to the level in your chosen cigar (different brands and offerings have different levels). From there, you would gradually taper off by even more so spacing out smoking sessions and reducing your nicotine intake.
Also, your gum interested me but for half the price of the 3 bottle subscription I can get just as many general snus portions. Therefore I could get double the snus portions for the same price. If you could ever make the prices more comparative I would most definitely try it.
U have to consider that only a small amount of nicotine is absorbed by most vapers, the young kids are going silly on them taking big lung hits because clouds are cool 😎 i agree the vapes need to be monitored and probably by prescription like australia is doing but personal refillable mods should still be available to adults who dont want to smoke cigaretes. I was a pack a day smoker i now vape around 3 ml of 12 mg juice per day for the last 8 years on the same flavour for 8 years mixing my own juice with 100mg per ml, capella mango and vegitable glycerine and its saved my life if you seen how un healthy i was.... We cant even import the replacement coil elements in australia since a few months back so i guess i will end up smoking again 😢
Really big question I need to know! Do zyns affect your lungs or heart? I’ve tried searching it through many times and can’t find anything useful there all telling me different.
I am someone whos smokes nothing probably unlike many of you but hearing about zyn makes me consider trying it I am in a period of life where benefits of nicotine would come in handy what would you advise?
I mean you will most likely get addicted, increased heart rate and blood pressure, more restlessness, some lethargy here and there. Those are the main risks. You’re an adult so it’s your choice
DONT do it, it’s all propaganda to get you on them. Only take these if you’re already addicted to smoking nicotine heavily. You will get addicted and it runs deep
Same, I've never been addicted to anything and I've tried most things. I dont smoke cigs or vape, maybe little weed here and there but definitely not addicted and I want to try zyn for better concentration and focus. Is it a bad idea?
I’m trying to find a way to just get nicotine in its purest form. No chemicals, no flavorings, nothing but nicotine. And I’m wondering if I can get my hands on actual organic tobacco leaves. Or maybe just grow my own and boil them and drink the water or something. I really don’t think it’s nicotine that’s the problem, but other things added. I think nicotine is actual a healthy supplement, in relatively low doses,
I was hitting my vape at least every ten minutes but to ensure I knew what I was vaping I used juice made from a local shop. Started when I was 16, did it for 9 years and been off for 2 years
Today is 30 days cold turkey, no nicotine whatsoever after 20 years. Occasionally still get cravings and triggers like waking up or stressful situations. I'm committed. This is the last time i quit nicotine. I was vaping constantly even before i quit cigs in January, even right before sleep. Finally got that "pay raise." No longer will i slave to that urge. Bought a new electric toothbrush and flosser with saved vape money. Tooth stains are gone. You can do it too. It sucks, but cold turkey is the only solution that worked for me. Weening off did not.
I would say vaping definitely has the higher additive possibility but I would point out that a possible reason for such a high problem with young people developing problems is because they start at such a young age when the brain is still developing causing the addiction to be worse. I started at 22 and I have felt like Ive kept it under control where Ill go through a dis between a week n a half to 2 which isn’t terrible. Where as I know kids who will go through a juul in one day
Informative video, but I find it peculiar that you talk about Zyn being nic salt. Do you mean a.k.a synthetic? Because Zyn does not use synthetic nicotine. I recently contacted their customer service and they replied that the nicotine is extracted from the tobacco plant. At least this is the case with the swedish Zyn.
Alkaloid extracts from plant matter is often done using an acid base titration. My understanding is the acids bind to the alkaloid to form salts. Hydrochloric acid makes HCL, citric acid makes citrate, etc.
9:25 my gramps on my mom’s side got cancer in his mouth from his chewing tobacco habit. He can’t talk anymore, most of his mouth had to be removed, and he refuses to learn sign language to this day. Definitely a “safer than, but by no means safe” product. I wouldn’t be super surmised if we see similar cases with zyn.
People have better control at first as well as not smoking everyday. Even when they do end up smoking everyday they might smoke less cigarettes a day at first and get worse over time but come to a limit

I have never smoked a cigarette in my life, but took up vaping a couple years ago out of curiosity. The addiction is real
How are you doing now ? I’ve managed to stop vaping
after 7 years of addiction
I saw one of additive mindsets videos in the week and instantly threw my vape away. I thought nah I need to stop. Later the day I lost focus and couldn't do any of my work. Next day I went to buy a disposable... After 7 years addiction but ig I need to slow down than go cold turkey otherwise it'll break me with withdrawals
@@kuro.editzzz the best was to quit is with nicotine replacement therapy, there are approved nicotine gums, patches, and lozenges available in drug stores. depending on the state you're in there might also be a state administered program for people trying to quit nicotine. Vaping is deadly dangerous....I have been heavy smoker followed by vaping and finally SNUS..
Keep it up don't fall back into it
whats your diet like ?
Keep going bro you’ll look back and be happy
Goodluck and hope u can kick it for good 👍
If u didn't know u could get mouth cancer before this video. Ur a dissapointment of a human being

So, how's it going?
I smoke a tobacco pipe occasionally, but don't inhale. I do not use any other Nicotine products though.
Yeah pipes cigars def the only nicotine you should consume (occasionally obviously)

We start because we are stupid and uneducated, then we learn, sadly by then it’s too late. The addiction goes deep.

Just a note about vaping. It is possible to get dry vape devices that are not disposable. They work by heating the tobacco and inhaling the the vapor. There is no flame or combustion. Works great for weed too.

Where would you think products like nicotine gum and lozenges rank in a list like this?
Trying to sell a product, explains everything
The nicotine fix you get from a cigarette or dip is much more filling and long lasting compared to the non tobacco nicotine products
Lozenges also contain Ace K if anybody was wondering.
What exactly is ace k?
I have to contradict him. In England and Switzerland, vaping is considered 95% less harmful than cigarettes and is paid for by health insurance for people who want to stop smoking. Tobacco, even if it has not been burned, is also considered to be significantly more carcinogenic than vapes
@baiseduezcke2295 cant they smoke nicotine free vapes?

They don't contain formaldehyde, but they do contain a whole host of other toxic chemicals
MJ smoke also contains many of the same carcinogens as cigarettes.
Couldn't agree more! Planning on sticking solely with snuff after I run out of snus

Perfect analysis 🙏
Aggred. Tobacco has become more dangerous when you burn and inhale. In Nepal some people chew fresh tobacco mix with chuna and live long.
I have heard it NOT the nicotine but the process and CHEMICALS in it!!
Nic Nac Naturals are the cleanest Nicotine Ive found, theyre not bad and not crazy addicting. I got 5 to try, used them over a month and a half, and stopped like that.
What about cigars? I will quit cigarette but i want to start smoking cigars.
Love you Dr. Frank. Hopefully One day I can afford a session

Really big question I need to know! Do zyns affect your lungs or heart? I’ve tried searching it through many times and can’t find anything useful there all telling me different.
Heart yes, lungs not sure
Started when I was 16, did it for 9 years and been off for 2 years
Hey bro, can you do a video on if your lungs still heal if you quit cigs, but still smoke weed?
For some it may be easy to stop cold turkey on vape you just have to go thru a process called “research and scaring ur self” 😂😂
What is yiir opinion on Nic Nacs?
with vape it depends on the juice and quality if your gonna vape get a mod and make your own e juice
actually interesting take, thanks m8
I would say vaping definitely has the higher additive possibility but I would point out that a possible reason for such a high problem with young people developing problems is because they start at such a young age when the brain is still developing causing the addiction to be worse. I started at 22 and I have felt like Ive kept it under control where Ill go through a dis between a week n a half to 2 which isn’t terrible. Where as I know kids who will go through a juul in one day

Oh, ok! Thanks for clarifying @@thecheeseman1662 👌🏻
How much research has this guy done on snus?
9:25 my gramps on my mom’s side got cancer in his mouth from his chewing tobacco habit.
He can’t talk anymore, most of his mouth had to be removed, and he refuses to learn sign language to this day.
Definitely a “safer than, but by no means safe” product. I wouldn’t be super surmised if we see similar cases with zyn.
People have better control at first as well as not smoking everyday. Even when they do end up smoking everyday they might smoke less cigarettes a day at first and get worse over time but come to a limit
ive been using zippix nicotine toothpicks ,should do video on that its highly unheard of
Dipping burned my gums soooo I chose to vape and I might try zyn
Can nicotine pouch cause skin burning or alergy specially in face neck and back without raches?
