  • My upstairs neighbor's make so much noise with their arguing and they're running around on the on the second floor like nobody lives below them. Running up and down the stairs never closing the outside door to the basement where the laundry is done for the second floor people. So because he and I had an argument on my porch he called the cops or she called the cops and this is what happened. Documented for my safety and protection. He's not on the lease and yet he's here weeks on end.

      At least one year of criminal law. The issue is: police officers are there first to work for the city, the state prosecutors, the judges,- for the purpose of revenue. But they do it in a way where we “the citizens” think their doing it in the “service” and “ justice” of the community, or society. No it’s all about revenue, and profit. This is the reason why there’s this clash we keep having with them, where we’re not “cooperating”, cooperating means we kiss their ass and help them get revenue, while getting rid of our rights. This guy stuck to his guns.

They cannot gain any evidence if you keep silence, plus they get confused when you remain silent. However, you must state that you are exercising your right to remain silent! David Paterson - EXACTLY!! Also, people don’t know this, but EVERY SINGLE TIME u give ur name or ID, after cops run it, there is a record of that, so next time u get pulled over OR have an interaction with cops, they can see how many times your name was run through their system, leading them to believe u may be a “problem.”

    • @Em22-wtf
      @Em22-wtf 5 лет назад +1

      @@mikeradu2010 That is what I dont like. I have an ex, he has used my address illegally over and over again. I just had the cops here looking for him. I didnt realize someone had rung my buzzer and my son told them he doesnt live here. I dont know how he said it, Im hard of hearing, wear hearing aids however Ive had a bad bad ear infection in my better hearing ear and not only is it blocked bad, I can't wear my hearing aids until its gone oi I didnt hear what he said, but he told me he said He does not live here. About 10 or 15 min later, buzzer rings. This time I went down to the front door (apartment bldg, security door) and opened it. Its a cop asking if I live in apartment XYZ, I said yes, he then asked about a girl in another apartment that had moved. I confirmed she moved 2 months ago, and did not know where to. He then said he was looking for her boyfriend concerning a hit & run accident in another city (2 towns over). I said Oh, ok, no I dont know where she went, sorry. That was it. I dont know who they were looking for, or if it was them that rang my buzzer earlier, or if they had the wrong name then, and looked for the right name, I have no idea. But, I do know I dont want anything to do with his nonsense and wish theyd stop thinking he lived with me (about 2 yrs ago feds were here looking to talk to me, and if he lived here, I said no to both, he was never charged with anything, let alone whatever they were looking into). He has a license in the next state over, where he DOES live, why would they bother me? They didnt ask my name, but Im afraid if it is him they are looking for, theyll come back, then what? Its never enough to say he doesnt live here, they know he did YEARS ago, probably 5 now, but used my address without me knowing until mail came, that I write on the envelope that he used my address illegally & to return to sender. I try to document as much as possible he doesnt live here. Its so frustrating bc I dont want MY name put in reports any time they want to look for him. I tried for yrs to get him to grow up, then I gave up. Yet, here I am....ugh.

    • @Uberragen21
      @Uberragen21 6 лет назад +1

      @Polar Bare - You are absolutely incorrect about exigent circumstances. Let's define it...
      Definition
      Exigent circumstances - "circumstances that would cause a reasonable person to believe that entry (or other relevant prompt action) was necessary to prevent physical harm to the officers or other persons, the destruction of relevant evidence, the escape of the suspect, or some other consequence improperly frustrating legitimate law enforcement efforts."
      Overview
      Exigent circumstances are exceptions to the general requirement of a warrantunder the Fourth Amendment searches and seizures.
      www.law.cornell.edu/wex/exigent_circumstances.

    • @Uberragen21
      @Uberragen21 6 лет назад +1

      @Polar Bare - Now the question comes down to whether the officers could express their exigent circumstances on their arrest affidavit. Impeding an investigation seems to be a stretch by any normal person's understanding. But if the officers could express it clearly, their entry would be legal and so would the arrest.

      Not sure about everyone else but myself, if a cop illegally breaks and enters into my home with a weapon and without a warrant then I'm going to empty a full 30rds of 5.56 into his chest. These clowns keep threatening to break into his home without a warrant... That's a great way to die in most states.

    Just tell them they need to leave and if they cannot supply a warrant they need to screw, stop debating and tell them you're shutting your door, and any attempts to enter your home is felony trespass and subjected to home invasion laws so they have a choice, either leave it alone or stay out there. and then close the door.

    What happened with the threat of being arrested for not giving ID? They got caught lying? That is police intimidation, harassment, and Corruption. File a complaint.
