I’d have to say the Ivory King. His entrance is so badass, his weapon is awesome, his lore is tragic and intriguing, and his moveset is more complex than any boss before him except maybe Artorias. It’s so satisfying to have a huge battle where you fight alongside the Loyce Knights that you’ve personally saved, and watching them sacrifice themselves to seal the chaos gates is excellent wordless storytelling. The Ivory King fight embodies Fromsoft games’ best aspects: a fair challenge, cleverly interwoven worldbuilding, a grand sense of scale, and, most importantly, being incredibly cool
Knight Artorias. Honestly I think the fact that his moveset holds up so well in the older DS1 engine compared to modern advanced movement is super impressive, and the music, the lore, ahhhh it’s just, incredible.
Fun Fact: In DS2, the projectile on the Moonlight Greatsword had no range limit meaning the projectile would keep on going until it hit any surface or enemy or the skybox lol. You could potentially crossmap enemies at the expense of some (alot) durability and with the Blast Radius of a regular Firebomb.

19:13 You see, it feels like the punishment for a failed dodge hits harder in BB than in DS because it does. Its a 2x damage multiplier in BB and only a 40% boost to damage recieved in DS. So BB really incentivizes you perfecting your dodges and hence why the rally (hp steal/recovery) mechnanic exists to balance out the damage multiplier and push the agressive fast playstyle by punishing slower paced fighting styles and rewarding faster more agressive play styles.

@xixphartheeternal oh Stranger I remain is also peak. It's hard to pick a favorite from an amazing soundtrack like Reveangance. I have it has to be this way set as my ringtone. And only thing I know for real is on my gym playlist. Regardless of your favorite, EVERY song in that game is perfection.

i love that the HMS in Bloodborne has the ranged attacks on every single R2 unlike the other games where its just the regular (charged) R2, you can even get it on the leap attack which feels so cool to use
I call this specific iteration of the sword the Moonsaber. I love my Moonsaber so much; probably my favorite single weapon in any Souls game. One of my preferred finishing combo moves is the holy ground slam un-transform L1.

Why didn't you use the follow up attack to the charged beam? You can even get back stab animation from the first hit then extra damage for the second hit. If you had used it on logarius you could have stopped him from bringing up the shield

I'm sure I commented it on one of your other runs, but Vicar Amillia's heal move is range based. If you stay close, she is less likely to use it. Where as if you give her too much space she'll spam it.

I feel this things main strength is as an arcane melee weapon with good reach, but it’s cool to see the secondary actually being kinda viable.😊
