@@Philipp-Humm yep. Definitely gave me stories to tell. After a while you learn when to ask questions and when to keep your mouth shut. I learned how to talk with people. At a gas station, you have to be able to treat the homeless with the same respect as your former governors. Sometimes saw both within five minutes of each other. You see people as people. I needed the job to teach me how to communicate with people. Doesn't mean I liked all aspects of the job, but I did learn a lot (worked at multiple stores). In a twisted way I miss customer service, but not necessarily all of the customers. Especially the ones who lived to make others lives more difficult. Learned how to handle the difficult people too. Wow! What an amazing talk! Build confidence every single day! Create a new challenge and break all the barriers! The CEA system is very effective. I just loved the talk. Thank you for sharing :)
With hindsight, it was gripping and subtle speach. We will all be able to be confident if we make a splendid afford. Your advices are not for the common palate. I'll try to follow them with great gusto. Thank you!
I've been looking for ways to feel confident for about 5 years. Now, i've got lots of stories in practice. I appreciate what i've just done...one of them... Training of production stuff on Good Documentation Practice without preparation as it was spontaneous task. What was surprised no one got hurt and notice that.
when we were children, we can do every wired thing as we want, there is no notice or judgement from others, so children don't feel depressed, but as we grow up, we have to do anything in rule, we afraid of being judged by others on our weird behaviour or thought. We feel oppressed that lead us into depression.
Hey Philipp! Great talk my friend! I competed in a salsa partner competition, dancing Salsa On2, against 7 time world champion (David Zepeda). Definitely huge potential for embarrassment but I did my best (after only learning salsa for 9 months). Look forward to seeing you back in Playa some time!
Thank you very much! I think I will use this technique for the things I need to do anyway like facing this machinery of torment aka the normal adults life which includes such inhumane obstacles like responding to clients and using the telephone to solve problems. And I will rename it as "tea" for time, embrace, appreciate. So that after every cup of coffee I can have a cup of tea and after every cup of tea I can reward myself with a cup of coffee 😅 But jokes aside, I truly believe this is a useful tool and can build a lot momentum. Thanks for inspiration ✌
I don't have enough knowledge about English but today I wanna avoid my this fear I'm ready for speaking anything in the English infront of everyone 😊 Let's see what happens 😅
Yes consciously embarrassing yourself does lead to greater confidence. Often you discover that what you thought is embarrassing wasn’t even embarrassing to begin with- it was your own mind making up stories.
Thanks for sharing your story and your method, Maybe in the future I'll be a host in a TV program. Who knows? :) Oops I forgot the funny part: As a stranger, could you give me a hug Philipp? 😂
@@Philipp-Humm for me was exactely the same! I've passed from scenic panic to scenic pleasure. Currently, I can speak in public even better and more confident than most of people. I know that this is a consequence of my old fears. If I hadn't been so afraid in the past, I woudn't be so confident now.
Hey I'm a beginner and I understand the market crash is the perfect time to make money, but how are some investors able to double there profit within a short period of time, a particular investor made up to $350,000 from trading about $100,000 within a couple of months, do they stand a better chance than others?

Yeah. Makes sense. AFter a while of working in a gas station, I got to a similar point. Embrace people, even if you're awkward.
Working at a gas station, you probably see the other, aka lots of interesting / crazy people coming in!
