Your coworking space looks more luxurious than your actual office. You are lucky to have something like this in your apartment complex together with nice gym. Images from London reminded me my 3 holidays in London... I was always lucky to have nice weather. Maybe only one day of drizzling and thats it. I was surprised by your remarks about security in London. I always thought that city was very secure and I felt ok walking to my hotel at 2 a.m. from city centre.

Do not take butter and olive œil completely out of your diet as they provide interesting nutrients. Consider reducing the in take. Olive oil brings in less calories when eaten cold.
Don’t worry it’s not completely out! Just for this meal it was haha, but usually I will use some olive oil especially if I’m cooking some eggs or something. I’ll actually do a full day of eating in my next video! 💡

I feel you on forgetting how lucky we are as devs. I too struggle with coming into the office regularly, it's too easy to just WFH but you do definitely miss out on certain things when you're not in the office. It's just that morning commute that gets me.
The morning commute is not the one at all! Are you able to travel in late morning after rush hour / lunch time after a daily stand up or something? I do this if I'm travelling into the office
@@chrxstang We've got a sort of unspoken cutoff at 10am for coming into the office, but the earlier you arrive the earlier you leave so i tend to aim for the an earlier arrival. It's not too bad, but that hour in traffic is a tough sell when i could just work from home and spend that hour blasting through my morning routine and getting properly prepped for the day !
