Wish I could’ve saw content like this 1 year and a half ago when I became deeply unmotivated and depressed and quit running (was on track for going D1) as well as my job, and stopped trying in school. Only recently have I began to get a grip. I graduate high school in 2 months. If only I could go back. Only now have I truly realized that there is beauty in the struggle. That’s what makes life.

crazy how much energy athlethes have 😭😭 m usually knocked out for hours after a single swim session. forget lifting weights or having any life after that😂 m sure for people training for loteral olympics its the kind of endurance n stamina built up over time and with discipline. amazing work 🎉
