Try to trust your body when it comes to sleep. It automatically produces enough deep sleep depending on the sleep drive you build through the day from staying awake.
True doesn’t hurt to help it a little tho :)

Thanks for making this content, I wish I had that opportunity. Growing up in country of Georgia in 1990-00, we even didn't have a chance to practice swimming properly. Ironically I'm software engineer now 😂 but still swimming with masters in London. 🏊

Hi Marcos. Congratulations on taking the courage to take on the Olympics. Just wondering, how do you manage your work and training? Is it something you agreed with your company? Do they know it? Is your time flexible and more output based? Just a background I’m also a software engineer and super proud of how you can handle both as one can be extremely taxing already. With this, I’m inspired to do something also beyond just work. So kudos and hope to see you in the Olympics!
