As a 21 year old (turning 22 this year) I actually joined the gym for the first time (ik, what took me so long haha) a couple of weeks ago largely in part thanks to you! I've been going very consistently - trying to go 5-6 days a week at least. The real test will be in the long-term, but I feel like I've done a good job so far at integrating it into my daily routine! And it's easily one of the most fulfilling feelings I get every day
