Mariah has been through A LOT. Discrimination and racism during her childhood and teenage years. Rejection from family and friends. Years and years of pressure and high expectations from the public during her prime in the music industry. Many people don't last long with her kind of fame, and sometimes it results in suicide or heavy use of drugs(I'm sure you know a few artists). But Mariah hasn't been broken. Despite all the challenges she's faced throughout her life she still manages to breathe joy into her music and to her fans after all these years. And she is a wonderful mother to her kids.
So to all of you who discredit her and try to make her irrelevant, shame on you. Mariah deserves every ounce of success she has gained. She is a TRUE LEGEND

I think this is Mariah’s 3rd wind, she’s clearly hinting at another album with these vocals, but I can tell she going to make us wait because people will appreciate it more. You guys have to realize this is her gift. This is what God intended for her in this life. That being said she will never lose that, her pen game is unparalleled, and she’s using her voice differently, it’s a completely different side of mariah (for example her whistle register sounds so evolved I actually love it) but a true fan will appreciate it. It brings something new to her, it’s like an evolutionary process, and not only that but she’s also adding to the change in music industry and growing with it. Wow this women is phenomenal!

This is a good ass song. 😬😬 I love how she managed to incorporate so many different genres but make it mostly cohesive. R&B, gospel, a little Bossa Nova almost. It reminds me of like a Christmas version of “My All”. Probably won’t be a new Christmas hit since “traditional R&B” isn’t in right now but I’m glad she is still consistently writing great songs. 💗💗💗

This woman has always been the most beautiful on this planet. Those lucky enough to work with or, know her, are so gifted. I saw her in Leeds for her Xmas concert a few years ago and, my gosh! What a treasure and fantastic time to see her live. My daughter bought the ticket to see her as a surprise and, it was the best gift I've ever been given
