    In my honest opinion, the weight gain journey is frustrating with the limited amount of food options we have.       i easily drink 1.5 L daily and lot's of other things also like eggs,chicken etc..maybe ur digestion is weak

      Egg yolk has fat, eating fat during the post workout period may slow the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates and proteins.

      Post workout me carbs ke sath high protein sources jaise whey, eggs, soy, milk, curd, buttermilk lesakte hai.. peanut butter me fat jyada hota hai to workout ke baad kewal peanut butter help nahi karega.. rest is good.
