No doubt, one of the best teachers I have ever seen. In fact, teacher to student communication and/or chemistry like this, is an obvious rarity. This teacher is a gifted leader with charisma to boot. All teachers should watch this!
I go to an alternative, self-directed high school with no classes so you have really saved me!! Thanks for being such a great math teacher.
you are a brilliant teacher, it's really useful to be able to look at these so easily online and you make it fun to watch. Great help for my gcse's thank you.
Sorry to be so off topic but does someone know of a method to get back into an Instagram account..?
I somehow forgot the login password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me
This is 2020 my HISET test in 2 days
Thank u for every single video you really helped me a lot
You are an awesome teacher and person
And today is Tuesday
Hi I'm gonna be dedicated my whole summer learning from u YOUR AWESOME❤😊
Welcome, friend.
@@yaymath Your videos is not so boring unlike others and u make math so easy that's the reason why I'm watching you, thanks ur vids helped me by alot 🤗friend ( i guess)
yaymath you are awesome. I did not do algebra in 10 years and am back in college, our professor moves way too fast and makes people feel dumb when they ask him a question. To say he has no patience is an understatement. Anyway I am learning thanks to you! You are awesome. Thank you so much!
I have learned more in 1 and half of your videos than an entire semester of college. thank you SO much for these videos. I wish I found you earlier.
I wish I had someone like him as a teacher, wouldn't be bored and distracted in class
your videos are awesome youre a great teacher. Your videos have helped me in college!
trinomials got me like "bruhhhhhhhh"
lol
bruh
College?! Am learning this in 9th grade wtff
You have great energy ...I wish my algebra teacher was like that
You're helpin' me pass my Praxis, dude! Thank you so much. Great teaching! :)
I've enjoyed your videos. Its great to learn something while having some fun...great job dude!
Great teacher very enthusiastic about teaching maths, well done 👍.
you are unique mr.i never get bored seeing your videos..thanks a lot..
Is this like a private school? xD At any school i'v been too the students would not be this happy to learn math... And wouldn't take notes unless they were told too lol
On the 8a^2-9a-5=4-3a... Which is 8a^2-6a-9.......You had your final answer as (4a-3) (2a+3) but that gives you a positive 6a not a negative 6a
He put a correction on 10:42
yes, I observed that too. He corrected it on the message that poped up.
Never ask a question if you do not know the answer beforehand, (min10:21). Their is an easier way to do this. However, you have a great method of interactive teaching. Well done.
Alright you teach very good with all videos and help a lot. Now the Question is.. Do you use the basis of Common Core that the government puts out or do you make the strategies up?
I'm trying to help my son doing this math I've been out of highschool for 10 years
On last problem just want to point out that (2(3x+2)(x-3))/2 = 0/2 makes the 2 into 1 so it does not go bye-bye it makes the equation (1(3x+2)(x-3)) = 0 and 1 does not change any number with multiplication. Bye! Thanks for the uploads I am learning fast!
Thank you a million plus times.
First ex.is reversed and should be ( 4a + 3 ) ( 2a - 3 ) - works with berry method too. ( 8a + 6 ) ( 8a - 12 ) reduces with 2 and 4 to give the same and results in -3/4 and 3/2.
Helped a bunch, thank you and keep up the great videos!
Awesome, i love the way u teach
....thnks for breaking it in a easy way, it was very helpful....
10:42 thank god for that correction. I was about to lose my mind lol
This was incredibly helpful. Thank you
Is it to late to request addition examples? I'm stuck on this "factoring" issue out here. If the 1st term of a trinomial has a number in it - I can't see how to factor it out properly. ex: 20x squared + 48x - 5; what do I do with that 20? -Thanks.
Once again: I love Yay Math!
Thank you so much for this video, it really helped me out.
I actually understand this better than a million
I don't mean to correct you and please correct me if I'm wrong but I got (4a+3)(2a-3) because -12+6=-6 instead of 12+(-6)=6 which would be wrong. For a final answer, I got -3/4 and 3/2. I also plugged it into Mathway and gave me the same answer. Can you please explain?
I totally agree!! I used the "Berry" method and came to this solution as well. Explanation please YAY MATH!!!
(2a - 3) (4a + 3)
a= 3/2 ; a= -3/4
Hey yay math guy, im not sure your name but on that last problem I got the same answer but with opposite plus/minus signs. Could it be because I didnt factor out the GCF? I didnt think it would make a difference... ? Thanx for all your help w/ math btw. Hopefully soon ill be done w/ algebra
man i love this lol its so easy to understand!haha love it!
Man you are awsome!!!!!!Greetings from Sweden
Dude, you rock!!!!!!!
how would do you use the Berry method on 8a2-9a-5.. I tried and can not find 2 #s that mult to 40 and add to -9
it doesn't have integer roots. the roots aren"t even real. They are complex numbers.
yes I finally figured it out !! thank you
Thanks for the help
Last problem! (6x+4) (1x-3) give the same answer!
Your the best!!!!
you still the man
YAY MATH ROCKS #LOVE
still very helpful all your vids
Thank you so much, you are awesome
My professor speeds through this stuff and takes short-cuts constantly. Slow down woman, not everyone has high functioning autism.
Factor by grouping method is better for factoring trinomials without a GCF and with a leading coefficients greater than 1
Thank you 😊
thank you, i get so many teachers with accents and super heavy ones
is this college and if yes which one
what school is this
He's using the crisscross method. I prefer the AC method for most of the factoring questions
What grade is this?
What happened to the 7x???
thank you for the help!!
Alrt title: factoring quadratic trinomials (complex)
Lol that's my exact lesson am taking.
I want you as my math teacher tbh
Yayyaayyayayayayay MATH!
LOL I TOTALLY AGREE, AND WHY DUMP THE GIRL, GUYS WHY?
wonderful!💛
*_Thank you_*
Bless you!!
Is this a quadratic equation?
Steven Sandoval nah mate it's a fucking water slide
It's hard to picture this guy on a bad day.
How about factors (3x+2) (2x-6)?
factors are (2a-3) and (4a+3)
not (4a-3) and (2a+3)
holy shit you're right
Parveen Vashisht yes you are correct but it could be what he wrote just change the signs. (4a +3) and( 2a - 3)
Thank you, I thought I was messing up when I thought I was starting to get it
yes, of course you were right but the teacher and all his class just absorbed his mistake.
they know better than to correct the teacher...
Yey! I got it right :)
why not use the magic X method?
it's much simpler.
I only clicked on this video because I thought it was adam sandler from the thumbnail
KLAATU Music
😂
Why are there two answers for x
Because there are 2 values for X that solve the original equation. (Zero)
why do these have 2 answers? X equals 2 different things? im trying to learn and its tough from home - can someone possibly explain :(
No, those are the two different possible values of X that would equal zero.
Your answer at 12:05 is wrong. It should be (4a+3) and (2a-3)
If you factor the answer you gave, than it would be wrong
Life saver
(6x +4 ) (x - 3) is possible too
Shawn McGill that’s a different answer when you check it
como poder quiero como querer puedo, try factoring that...
At first i was like what how did he get -6a by subtracting 12-6 and than the caption popped up
Thank you :-)
Hi!! I have a problem that I've been trying to solve for the last 30min. 2m^2= 2m+112.
Please someone help me!!!!!
well, 6 years later, 2(m-8)(m+7)=0, m=8 or m=-7
i believe the answer is negative 3/4 and positive 3/2 for a in your first problem to solve.
thats my answer also
Why'd you upload this same video again?
Murray Melander earlier on RUclips only allowed for less then 10 minutes. So I had to make preview vids. Now any length is ok.
? Es el borracho ?
Solving (13:50 min)
i thought the numbers on the right side of the () had to add up to 7
the answer was wrong if the trinominal was a -6a then that means the 12a should have been negative not positive and the -6a shoud have been positive so when u completed the problem it came back to the 8asquared-6a-9. otherwise the way u did it it would of came out to be 8asquared+6a-9. just saying
i loves you soo much i can just shit myself
+12a - 6a=+6a but in the equation it is - 6a
wew man you are really good in teaching but guess what our teacher is now teaching us substitution and elimination in x and y coordinates by the given value of x and were just fking gr 8

***** Sorry commented on the wrong comment
All girl's school?
Hi! :D
7 times 4 isnt 29......
NO wonder the young girls can not learn math with teacher like him. He is a good teacher, but the girls are not being serious with there math.
I fucking love this guy.
why cant he be my geometry teacher??
thnx for reminding me about FOIL. Now ACT will be a breeze.
you made a mistake in your second calculation in placing signs
I hated looking at those 3x's.
SOLUTION OF 8a2-6a-9
=0 was wrong
lmao his face looks like Drake
Can you like stop interrupting the students when they are explaining a problem.
get your hopes up much NERD hahahahahahaha
I THINK HE IS WRONG;
OK HE NOTICED IT TOO :)
haha hes hot too!
í thínk!! fєctσr σf ѕєcσnd trínσmíαlѕ líkє(4х+3)(2х-3)=0!! plєαѕє chєαk ít!
YEP! thats also my answer ^^
