its a warmdown in that case. aimed to slightly elevate the heart rate and flush the body of waste products after the race. not doing so makes ur muscles a lot more stiff than needed to be.
@@RiverS2091 Possibly Radmila means; try swimming at slow pace, focussing on technique first instead of exhausting yourself in sprints with poor technique.
If his 50m was at the same slow speed then it is right - he just still keeping warming up. If after sprint - he is cooling down. Question is why he is the only at this event lol
I actually learned from this video even more than the race ones.
Makes sense because it is in slower motion that you can more clearly see the body movements. Similar like practicing instruments slowly.
Yeah cause its fast pace
I think that if this was after a race, it would be a cooldown, unless another event is coming after.

Hi warm up is probably faster than my sprints 😅
If your sprints are slower than his warm-up, don't swim sprints!
@@radmilastamatova3673 that’s not the solution lmao, just cus your bad at sprints doesn’t mean you should stop

His warm up is way more than my full hour swimming session..
It's cooling down. The diving well was of higher temperature - also helps to relax the muscle.
My usual swim gonna be like this, haha

Este video transmite paz y placer. Bella sensación
Smart Swimmers always do a Cool Down after any race. It helps move all that lactic acid out of the muscles.
Yeah same as we walk a bit more after running.
Definitely faster than me I've only just started learning to swim since September.
Great job! Keep going, it's a very rewarding process!! God Bless and Merry Christmas! 😁
It's warm down🤦
That's warm down distance can easily reached to 1000m
Proof of over fishing. no other fish in the water... anywhere near this fish.
You don't warm up after an event, you cool down
you mean, cool down
classic slip. I always accidentally say warm down.
