- The Swiss A330-300 Cockpitview Landing in Miami Florida. This was the daily Swiss Intl. Service from Zurich to Miami, LX64.
Flight time : 10H45M
Landing on Runway 9.
Camera used : Sony Cybershot DSC-WX1, and no, i am not a pilot, i am a cabincrew member for swiss since some time now.

I lived in miami for almost thirty years my family worked for Eastern airline's ,in my senior year of high school I had a job as a baggage handler at the airport .Your video is awesome I miss sunday afternoon's just sitting and watching plane's land and take off thank's for the memories and don't let the video's stop !!!!
The dislikes are obviously people who failed to get their pilots licence and are a wee bit jealous. Great video again. Keep videoing!!!!!!!

Well done Dom! Awesome video! I love the sunrise or sunset casting its pale golden glaze over the whole of Miami... Miami Intl must have a lot of planes landing there. There is a hell of a lot of rubber residue on the runway. Again, great video and keep it up! I always look forward to watching your videos.

Great video! But I have a question. The controller, told you to Hold short runway 12 at taxiway U and you read it back the instruction. The video was cut as you crossed the runway but I never heard him give you the clearance to cross. Just curious...
smartcocker That was my impression also. Video was cut because he got scolded most likely.

I always drive to Florida. Wish I could fly there so I can take the scenic route.
@davidtheone92 no it's a computer in the cockpit called GPWS (Ground Proximity Warning System) That calls out the 400,300,200,100,etc.
Incredible you were able to do such a nice landing on a non pilot freindly aircraft. If it aint Boing I'm not going! ;)

You disengaged the AP from such a far distance? I thought you disengage at 100FT AGL
@MusicLover11325 Not necessarily it depends on the weather minimums,the pilot and the company,you can usually disengage it whenever you want.
PS the shadow at 3:37 is epic!!!
btw another question, how come the pilots/crew can use cameras and the passengers can't? could you explain me the official rules of the no cameras during takeoff or landing, because i really want to film a landing onboard!

This is not the Captain's view, but the first officer's, and what is so amazing about this landing, its a normal everyday run of the mill arrival, nothing amazing here!
