@@jenmarkosian8720 I always pay contractors for test jobs but If you want you could always offer the customer a 50% discount for their feedback which is still a great deal and then you break even. But I see this portion of vetting contractors as a worthwhile expense. The value you get out of a test job and finding a quality contractor will likely save you money in the long run compared to hiring someone who isn't a good fit.
