I guess Im asking randomly but does anybody know a tool to log back into an Instagram account? I was stupid forgot the account password. I love any tricks you can offer me!
@Titan Austin I really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and Im in the hacking process atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
Thank you for this clear and concise comparison to leadership styles - I think it will help my husband and I have a clear understanding of how we are raising our kids. They are teenagers now and I often see us doing the "good cop/bad cop" routine - but after watching your video it now makes more sense that I am naturally more transformational and this is how I was raised, and my husband is more rigid and this is how he was raised. This is soooo very helpful, thank you!
Thank you so much for your dynamic video. I like that you're enthusiastic about your material, you keep the lessons short and to the point. I truly enjoy your references to real life examples which makes the content relatable and easier to digest. This is helping me in crafting my Leadership Paper more concretely. Well done!
I am writing an essay about Transformational Leadership and your videos are really helping me clearly understand this leadership style, and give good comparisons!! thank you :)
and nothing has helped more than the examples of Johnny Lawrence and Daniel LaRusso as I loved this show so know the difference between their leadership.
Excellent explanation with the Maslow Hierarchy about these two leadership styles when I was studying for my PMI certification it wasn’t clear as is today
Transformational, though maybe to a fault. The transactional side is not so great for me; I think I have difficulty in implementing it. Great lesson, love Cobra Kai! Cheers
I love the transformational leadership and I aspire to be one. That's actually what I'm doing little by little in my team, it's not easy but I'll keep going. Thanks for the video!
I would say that i am mostly transactional, but at the same time can be transformational depending on the posission and situation that im in. I am a student so I obviously do not have the leadership experience in the workforce YET :)
I'm flattered, Lobna. But, I think you should ask your teachers if using a video as a source is a good idea. It's usually best to cite a book or journal article. Those are more credible sources.
Very good distinction of transactional vs. transformational leadership. I recently wrote and published the book "How many employees does it take to change a lightbub? - The art of empowering your team to make transformational change." It is about how to put transformational leadership into practice. I would be happy to send you a copy if you are interested. Would love to get your thoughts.
I work for a company that preaches transformational ideas to the whole company, then they demand the lower leadership (myself) use basic transactional tactics and do it by the book. Then when people mess up, the punishment is transformational interactions and very feel good... therefore the lower leadership is taken advantage of by the workers. I wonder if it's time to leave or step down.
@@alexanderlyon at least I get the same discipline as the workers. Not a good way to think about it but if they can't mess up and be punished then neither can I. I thought about moving up rather than down 🤷♂️ You gotta really do something bad to get discipline in this place. Scrapping a half million dollar part gets you a talking to but not too stern because... feelings and such 🤣
The challenge of leadership isn't in leading the perfect followers, anyone can do that. It is in leading the difficult followers that true leadership is revealed.
Great information, however, you keep saying psychological needs when it is physiological needs
You are right! I know the correct word I just didn’t realize I said it that way at the time.

I love the examples you used! Very moderne and easy to understand
Glad you liked it!
Great Information , thank you very much for simplified explanation and adding with real time examples .
Transformational definetely. And the advantages are very correct and some times frustrating.
Brilliant explanation of theories.
Fan of cobra kai.
Waiting for season 4.
Addictive show!
Would definitely go with Transformational leadership style. Appreciate the amazing content 🙏
Michael corleone is a great example of transactional leader
Do you have transactional or transformational tendencies when you lead????

Transformational😊

I admire Daniel La russo but my favorite is Johny Lawrence.
They did a great job shaping Johnny Lawrence's character. He has a lot of angles.

Sometimes, organizations want to get the benefits of transformational leadership without actually using it. Sorry you're in this situation.

transactional leadership bc it has more pros than cons.
Well presented but your examples need refinement. Relying on film is limited and rather ethnocentric
Hmm, transformational leaders are not desirable in large companies in my experience, they may well not benefit from them.
Can Donal Trump be a transformational leader?
