I am happy to share that I follow most of the habits you mentioned- exercise, healthy eating, keeping myself hydrated, yoga, book reading, surround myself with positive people and influences and stay away from negativity as much as possible.

you are like my inspiration and mentor. i am a 21 yr old college student. my mother isn't aware of many things and she can't give me well guidance in life, she loves me a lot and supports me but growing up i developed many bad habits and trauma responses. seeing you i see how i can change myself for better. though i encourage my mom to watch u as well but she refuses saying she is just not as enthusiastic as u. we cannot change anyone else except for us so i am trying to make myself better as much as i can. thank you for showing me and many other women a way 🤍

I do most of these things except going to the gym..but I walk around. Due to my knee surgery I can't really exercise par apne liye time zarur nikaalti hoo..coffee is my life as well..😍can drink it many times but I limit just one cup a day in the morning , no sodas just water
