Yes you can use a tablet to go live stream. The Phone is to receive or call someone. If you want to add a background music you need another device for that.

Only voice from the caller but not a video. If you want to bring the video of the 3rd party then you might need to use Streamyard. Only maonocaster lite. Don’t know how yet how for maonocaster E2. But if you want to record or stream yourself plus the audio then yes same process with maonocaster.
