Coconut oil makes any Stainless Steel look AMAZING Iv’e tried it finally something that’s inexpensive
What does mean when the red button (adding water) is continuously flashing red despite there is enough water in the reservoir of the how water part?
I have this model, and it's pretty cool but it have an issue, after the first year it shuts down without complete the process, I need to press many times the power button
Thanks for the insightful comments about the labeled buttons....!Now, most importantly, how do we brew a pot??? Just a couple of dudes (no homo) trying to help our Pops and us get our caffeine on. Thanks in advance from Cincy where it's 20°.... Merry Christmas, all I'm good fun.
How do.you get the hot plate to stay on? It brews then turns off which is frusterating
Says it has a storage place for the scoop but I cannot find it
Can i use coffee beans
Anyone can teach me what I am going to do with this kind of coffee maker. I did not bring the the cover of the pot transporting to other country. Any suggestion and thanks in advance.
¿Donde pongo el agua?
Can i use this CM on 220v?
The carafe broke. Can I use it with just a coffee mug?
My dad wants to know if you need to use 12 spoons if you want 12 cups. Seems excessive but according to the directions that's the amount of ground coffee you need
No you don't! It depends on your particular taste.... If you like it strong then 12 is fine. I usually use 8 scoops for a 12 cup pot!
How much water fits in the hot water side? Also, does the water heat inside the plastic chamber and sit hot in there or is there a separate heating element as it dispenses?
You'd think they would have discussed this. Really poor product introduction.

Can I warm the coffee previously made by turning on the heating plate?
Hi Della, the heating plate feature is to help keep freshly made coffee at temperature for longer and we recommend using it for this purpose. While baristas recommend disposing of any leftover coffee that has since cooled, you could refrigerate for use as iced coffee. Unfortunately, reheating coffee degrades the flavor significantly.
I have the one coffee only got as donation no direction
I reheat my left over coffee the next morning, I don't think it taste's any worse than freshly made. set the auto brew the night before, that is it. My coffee maker doesn't keep the hot plate very warm despite being on the hottest setting. looking to warranty it.
@@jeremystuckey8153 This is why I don't care for a thermos carafe , because I just brew new coffee to the old and need the hot plate to bring the temp up on all of it.
What size filters does it use? Looks like #4 maybe?
Both smaller and large #4
My lil faithful baby
I'm on my second and now must add a third coffee maker as my hot plate doesn't keep the coffee very warm, I can literally just guzzle it.
First one was about 2 years old when the hot water dispenser handle broke. Yikes no more Tea for my wife until replacement arrives
Second one arrived, worked fine for 3 months perhaps and now just can't keep "Piping hot fresh coffee" as the website overview claims. It is 7 months old.
Hi Jeremy, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email MarketingCommunications@cuisinart.com so we can better assist you.
Although I really like this particular one, there is a downside ☹️.... This is my second one and it seems after a few years it begins to leak!!! Ugh .....
Hi Shaun, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email MarketingCommunications@cuisinart.com so we can better assist you.
No clock light?
Is the coffee brewed strong?
Very much so. Just got one as a gift and apparently the more "V" shaped coffee basket insert thing makes all the difference. I've had to use less coffee or its basically just a pot of espresso. I guess not quite but the coffee can be as dark as night.
@@DrRyanHooker Thanks gonna go get one this weekend hopefully
please can you fix it? I can not get the closed caption to work and I need to read what you are explaining. Thank you in advance
Hello! Please click on the "cc" button in the bottom right corner and the closed captioning will come up! Thank you!
@@cuisinart hi, is there a defect in the hot water tubing system portion of this machine?? This is my second one and after about 2 years the machine starts leaking water when I put water in the water reservoir! I can only use the coffee side of this machine!
@@shaunspellman2856 Hi Shaun, Can you please reach out to us via CuisinartWebsite@conair.com with your direct contact information so that we can be sure to assist you appropriately?
How can you select the number of cups to brew?
The Coffee Plus will brew as much coffee as you put into the coffeemaker reservoir. If you're brewing fewer than 5 cups, please press the 1-4 cups button as this will improve the performance of the coffeemaker and ensure you get the same strength and flavor you normally enjoy.
So I can't fill the reservoir and then choose the # of cups? I must fill to the amount and it will always brew all the water in the reservoir?
Correct, the coffeemaker will brew the amount of water added to the coffeemaker reservoir, separated from the hot water system reservoir.
@@cuisinart very good idea because I don't like when water stay in coffee maker long time and is not even healthy to keep it like that. Very big plus for use all water every time. Keurig always show me I have to add water even there was still 4 oz. So I always have to mix fresh water with old what is awful or throw old one and fill all container with fresh one.
Add water light won't go off
Hi Louis, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email MarketingCommunications@cuisinart.com so we can better assist you.
But we need examples of use :(
does this machine grind whole beans?
Hi VERB65, this product requires ground coffee to use the coffeemaker
After aaaaall that she went over, don't you think if it did, that it would have been mentioned?
She is very practiced at demonstrating products. The information was useful but her presentation was not good at all! In fact, the heating element within the single cup fountain/dispenser burnt out after 9.5 months. I was told by the factory to use Vinegar and water on both sides, neither processed worked. However, they did not explain via phone that one had to press 2 buttons at the same time to engage the (Cleaning Functions). Very disappointed!!!!!!!!
So the right side is not for individual coffee??? It's just for hot water??? Ugh taking it back. Thought this was for making individual cups as well. It's not. It was a gift. He thought the same thing, based on appearance I guess. Yuck. I don't really even know anyone who makes full pots anymore. Everyone uses one cup makers. Least the ones I know.
I could put a cup of water in a stupid microwave for less trouble. Who would like this?
