I love my DCC-3200. Makes 14 cups, enhances my coffee experience. Got it at Walmart for the lowest price and they sent two by mistake. Attempted to send the extra back, they told me to keep it. Lucked out. So I gave one to my aunt.

i still remember seeing you toss the Bella out of pure frustration i recently had a cheap Rival coffee maker that did it's time so i was using my Kurig with my own coffee not too bad but my brother in law found a Cuisinart DCC-1200 that a college threw out saw it sitting on the dishwasher so i cleaned it up and tried it out works like a charm i remembered your demo on yours when i was doing coffee in mine even tried an espresso blend in it comes out very smooth can't complain that it's a 12 cup as long as it works

nice coffee pot. love the fact that it doesnt drip when you pour. thats how i fix my coffee pots that quit working. the ones i get tired of i donate to our local thrift store so someone else can enjoy it for a while. i got a bunn professional so i could have 2 pots at one time reg for everyone else and flavored for me. my newest one is the i coffee da vinci single cup and i love it. i like several cups of coffee but this way i can change flavors with each cup. LOVE you stainless kitchen it looks great.

Thanks for the vid Mr Rick. Had one of these for years. Seems like I bought it off Amazon in the $90 range around 2014. Road it hard, never changed the little filter in it and it still lasted 5 or six years. Replaced it with a cheap Mr Coffee. Hated the damn thing ever since. Just found the Cuisinart Brew Central in Costco this morning for $59.99. My Mr Coffee is retired! Cleaned it and brewed my first pot as I watched yer video. Added a 1/2 shot of Crown Royal Regal apple and good to go! Nothing like manly man coffee brewing. Thanks again.

Very nice coffee maker. I like the keep time feature. We've been losing power a lot lately, and we have to keep resetting all the clocks, which is a pain. Funny thing...the time on the click showed 9:13...my birthday lol!!! Thanks for sharing!

Decided to see what the other half of the world is raving about, namely coffee, as a life long tea drinker, black tea that is with milk and sugar, and no string on my teabag, just normal English builders tea, as in working people's tea. Well, I got a coffee machine with grinder, good make, German Beem. I've tried the beans, tried ground, with milk without, with sugar, without, brewed about 10 jugs, I don't know whether it is good coffee or not, but I always seem to go back to my lovely steaming hot tea, I'll give coffee a few more chances, but I'm guessing I will be back with my pot of tea again, I'm just about to put the kettle on. Oh well, at least I can say I gave coffee a go. Good video by the way.

I absolutely love my coffee pot the same one you are introducing, It could be because I’m in the middle of cleaning mine even though the red light has never going on but as I’m cleaning it with a little vinegar and cold water the lights not going on at all not sure if that’s normal I lost my instructions

Don’t use a coffee maker. Use a percolator , it gives you the BEST coffee trust me

Mine is similar to your coffee maker in terms of it's shape & size. The only thing different is mine is 12 cups & yours 14 cups !.
Great review video. I love seeing something like this, rather than a commercial or sales-pitch video, where you have to cut through their BS. Plus now, after seeing this video, I won't have to read the directions when I get the thing. That's cool.

HAH! Boy, do I feel dumb! I am the one in the family that is tech savvy...but while reading the directions for setting up the timers, I got very frustrated and said screw it! I'll just make it as we need it. After 2 days of thinking, I decided to check out UTube how to's. Yours was the first one I looked at, and it was so damn easy I kicked myself in the butt for making it so difficult! lol Thank you! By the way, I already fell in love with my new coffee pot, but now I love it MORE now that I can set it!

Hey Rick, I just tested my coffee temperature on the Cuisinart DCC 3200 with a meat thermometer and it read 192° which is 2° hotter than the DCC 3400 which is the one that I returned because I did not like the metal carafe

Enjoyed your video, Always better to watch a real person do it than reading a manual. My first Cuisinart. I wasn't a big coffee drinker so we made instant but hubby asked for a brew maker and I chose this one. Great features. Wondered if the gold filter is to avoid using paper filters? Not as easy to dump out coffee after though. Do you use the gold one. I didn't know know you take out the gold filter when you use the paper ones. Glad I saw you do that. My first brew I put the paper filter into the gold. I'm a novice.

I used the coffee maker this a.m. and was exact about putting 6 cups of water down the spout, double checked, and when it brewed the carafe showed 8 cup line. Is it possible 2 cups of water was left in the reservoir? The carafe was empty and clean when I started.
Well I just watched a different video and it enlightened me. Instead of using the measuring cup to dole out per cup (which wasn't a what my own cup held) I now measure my personal cup of water per serving so I can adjust the coffee per serving. Most coffee cup servings are larger than one cup because of its width or height. Have to go by your personal size cup. Maybe I'll get this perfected before I return my machine and go back to instant, lol.

Hello. This video is very informative. I wonder how you can keep the coffee hot after brewing. My fiancé and just got this a few weeks ago and we noticed the coffee gets cold after 30 minutes. The manual does not provide instructions on how to keep it hot. Thanks in advance. 😊
Hi, If I remember correctly you can set it to stay on for 2, 4 or 6 hours. I'm sorry I don't have the instructions, as I do not have this coffee maker anymore. It lasted a few years and I liked it. But it stopped working and I got a different one. Thanks for watching!

@@RickMammana the filters last every 60 uses so every 2-3 months. But, oh no 😱, thank you for being honest about it not working anymore. That wild! I intended on purchasing today. It's a reputable brand. Do you know what happened?

Having a problem with the 1-4 cup button. When pressed the whole 14 cups brew. What am I doing wrong?
+Karen Pruden Hi, I think you press the 1-4 button then brew. I'm not sure because I never used that. I always make a whole pot. But it will brew however much water you put in. So if you want 4 cups just add 4 cups of water. I believe that button sets the brew strength for a small amount.
yeah. 1-4 is a setting only, just like the bold/regular button. Neither one actually starts the machine.

How do I make it so the coffee stays hot for longer in the carafe?
There are time settings to make it stay on longer and you can choose a hotter temp too. You'll have to check the instructions I don't have this anymore. It stopped working after a few years.

No it should all go out. Make sure there's not 2 filters stuck together, they're pretty thin.
After the cup is brewed, is there a way to keep the remaining coffee warm/ hot in the carafe???
Yeah it stays on 2, 4 or 6 hours to keep the pot warm. I don't have it anymore but I remember I liked that feature.
