Once you hit brew (ON) button, does it brew whatever amount of water you put in? I tried to use the 1-4 cup setting but it went past it brewing all the water within the holding tank. Am I doing something wrong? BTW Thanks for the video very helpful.
I bought the black stainless steel version Ive had it for at least 3 months And ive had no issues, I will concur with a few opinions other owners have about generak design factors/elements Agree that the area to pour the water from the carsfe into the tank could be betterr And i agree that it does seem to nake a lot of unfamilar noises when brewing that i have not yet heard any others make ( by noisey i mean it literally makes subtle noises that cause u to go whst was that, they arent disruptive or if in detention on a saturday in school if yiu brewed a pot it wouldnt cause the principal to come in all flustered stating he heard a ruckus and hes hell bent to stout that one of yall caused this ruckus Lol Its good coffee maker, that i find makes consistently good cofffee
I will add that the design of the top of the carafe and the new design with a lip or shelf around the top where the lid presses in Is kinda frustrating as you have to seemingly develop a special motion to completely empty the carafe Maybe some bright idea person had it put into the design to aid in catching any random grounds that got into thr pot So it doesnt end up in yer cup
