Maybe he is driving the speed limit, we don't know because they don't provide us with the information. So you can't say the dude is driving to fast. Because we don't know the speed limit there and we don't know how fast he is driving. We can only see the car moving nothing else. He says in the video "Going to fast". Which is subjective for us. This is the most disturbing and most terrifying advertisement I had ever seen in my life. That is why it is very important to drive safely plus slowly in order to prevent car accidents which could lead to injuries and death.
My husband and I were on our way back home from the hospital yesterday where I had an outpatient procedure performed. He made a comment about everyone on I-4 driving like idiots. (You have to understand that we've been together for 30 years and I've always been the one to drive when we go out b/c I always considered him to be one of the aggressive driving "idiots" on the road). Australia/NZ have the best and deepest road safety ads out there, the deepest one was the family in the car, driver looks at his speedo and is speeding , then sees someone who got pulled over then tries to look for the directions then crashes
