I have 3 buldging disc and one herniated disc one larbum tear in my left shoulder and a meniscus tear in both knees an acl tear this is the only surgey i did.
I was weightlifting about 6 years and become stronger i could bench press 400 lbs and deadlifts 640 lbs and my weight was 200 lbs that time with 17 body fat.
After my lower hack injuri fron a rotation exercise yes hahahahqhq 😅 iam at shame for that because i thought i was so strong i could not train for a month.
At that time i rethink everything about training and i did some mobility tests and videos of my posture and it was all horrible
I then changed into bodyweight trainjng and my thoughts was to leanr to controll my body and make me mobile again.
I found a mentor and now i do bodyweight he is amazing i am lighter thwn bevore look better and move better and its just 6 month.
I can to a front lever now
    Greetings from greece

Thank you for all the effort of putting this presentation together, Lee. Phenomenally good overview of the most effective full body training method. I wish you could establish gym facilities in the lower 48... especially California... especially by next week!

You should put out more content actually showing step by step building skills.

When I was younger I was under the false impression you had to start really young (like about preschool age) to be able to do any of these skills. I didn't have the knowledge and internet access. I just believed I was physically inept with no athletic talent. I'm 57 now and started training last year. I will have to save some money for a coaching program but I will keep going with physical training. A lot of people my age can't move that well. Mindset is also very important.

When doing the frogstance. Do you do it from scratch?
Or do you put your hands bent on the floor and put your knees on your elbows?
