    Lots of very good health tips. I have been taking Vitamin C daily for many years now. It is a must. Zinc is important also. I also use many essential oils. Some essential oils can be harmful to some animals so people should research that and be cautious. Like you, I eat very healthy and I use natural methods of healing as much as possible.

Taking Vitamin C and Zinc daily are excellent choices for maintaining health, just as D3+K2, which I forgot to mention in the video. It's certainly wise to be cautious with essential oils, especially around animals. I've done some certification courses in Essential Oils, so I know what I can and can not do or use. Researching their safety beforehand is crucial. Eating healthy and using natural healing methods can have numerous benefits. Keep up the great habits and thank you for your support! 🍀
